A part menu on a board in the entry was definitely not what is posted on their website. It will be the first and the last visit there. The brisket was good, but the sides were atrocious. Limp chips and soggy watery mango coleslaw. Boy...and paying the price the next day for having eaten some of the slaw. I am sure it was old and fermenting. Restaurant certainly needs a good clean as well. We came away smelling like we had been in a bush fire. The last time I will ever go there.More

Well what can I say, came back for a second time because I had too. Staff are great, welcoming friendly and look after you well. As for the food, possibly the best I have had in Australia in terms of a smoke house. Their love...of the craft comes out in the food.More

Highly recommend this place. Were from Brisbane and so happy we tried this place out ,it was fantastic. Friendly staff members , tender smoked meats , fantastic sides and the best iced tea I have ever tried. Check out the picture of the platter we...had. Fantastic ! Fans of smoked meats, we drifted in on the smell of smokey goodness. On asking if it was table service, I was told no, it's order at the counter, so I asked for a menu to take back to the table. "We don't have menus,...there's one on the wall, take a photo". Oooooookaaaaay. My reaction generated the comment "We do things a bit differently here". Righto - you mean a bit crap then? I went outside to my husband and showed him the menu - which had no drinks on it, so I went back in and asked what was the go with drinks - "whatever's on tap or in the fridge". OKaaaay. There's a small menu taped to the counter. At this point we were ready to leave, but there is so little choice in Warwick, we thought we'd stick in out. When I did order, clearly stating a platter for one, we were charged for 2, with our money later refunded in cash when I noticed and pointed it out. The platter was nice, especially the sausage - the meat could have been warmer - but both had the pink ring of good smoking. Not a place I'd recommend, largely based on the staff interaction and their "doing things differently" perspective.More

The service was friendly and quick… that may have been because they were close the closing. Good burger and toastie options as well as gluten free if required. Other side dishes were tastie with smoke flavours.

The venue still has hints of its previous life (a corner garage) and looks a bit rough and ready but I guess suits the style of food. There is no menu except the one on the wall (take a photo on the way in) and...it is pay as you go (no bills). The service is a bit indifferent and varies from in-your-face to stand-offish. The meat platter we had gave a selection of their dishes and was fresh, tasty and lightly smoked so the meat and fresh smoke flavours complemented each other (unfortunately it was served a little cold for my liking). The sides of a tangy coleslaw, pickles, etc, compliment the meat dishes. Platter serving sizes are decent and represent value for money. It is essential to book and I’d recommend an early as possible sitting (we were leaving at 7pm as the ‘sold out’ was being put up). An enjoyable night.More

Tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. We sat outside and enjoyed the smell of the smoke of the food cooking. The staff were friendly and the meal delicious and reasonably priced. We shared chicken tacos and chips, all delicious.

We have just moved to Warwick and wanted to try out the local eating venues. We were told on arrival that the food was just about to run out, no other info. The only food left on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm was burgers....The chips came out stone cold and the burgers looked like they were thrown together and had an excessive amount of mustard on them. We felt like the waiter was annoyed and disinterested in our patronage. We won't be going back, it is the worst service we have had in a very long time. I hope they improve.More

Some great tasting meat dishes, v good value but poor ambience for those of us sitting in the back room. See photos. Nearly missed out on trying the food as I felt like we were in a store room & was tempted to try elsewhere....No menus given out; you take a photo of the one on the door and look at your photo when you sit down. Not a fan of that ‘service’.More

Recommended by a local and did not disappoint. Great flavours and generous portion size. Great value for money, we will be back to sample more of the menu.

This type of food is so far removed from my taste. I don’t like the richness of smoked bbq meat. I don’t like burgers. I’ve tried many times as my family enjoys smokehouse/burger restaurants. We’ve eaten at smokehouses in Texas as well as QLD. Visiting...from Brisbane and ate here as first choice from 18 year old son. Staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered wings, brisket tacos, coleslaw, fries and drinks. Just loved it. Brisket was the best I’ve eaten anywhere. Coleslaw tasted fresh and tangy not the usual sweet gloop. The only minor criticism would be for the food to be hotter. Will definitely return on another trip.More
