Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Yesterday my family held a wake to celebrate the life of my mother and we invited family members to join us for a late lunch / afternoon tea at Warwick Gardens Cafe following the funeral. We had booked with them beforehand. The cafe catered delicious sandwiches, mini wraps, cakes and some hot food. It was all delicious and reasonably priced. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality and great food. Many thanks to Alex and all the staff. Colleen, Jeff, Tracy & Michael.

A plant nursery with a cafe or a cafe with a plant nursery? A walk around the nursery is interesting with a lot of garden art on sale as well as the plants - nothing here is cheap. The cafe attracts a steady stream of visitors and is a favourite for tour parties (bus loads) to stop at. There in lies the problem. If you come when there are no buses parked out front you are likely to get quick and friendly service. If there is a large coach outside, or worse still, two, then there are likely to be long queues to order food, the young staff become frazzled and forget their customer service skills and you could be in for a long wait for your food. The food that our party of three ate was most acceptable but there is quite an extensive menu, and perhaps therein lies the issue with the inconsistently of customer experience.

We receive a recommendation from a local to stop by here for brunch and it did not disappoint. The menu is quite large and reasonably priced. My 'hangover bagel' was delicious, the raisin toast was thick and fluffy. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The garden centre itself was so cute, with many different areas to explore.

This is a very popular spot in a lovely setting. There is a lot to see other than enjoying the cafe. Unfortunately for us we arrived later than planned for lunch and the wait time was already 40 minutes. By the the time the 2 customers in front of us had ordered this had blown out to an hour. We appreciated that the staff informed us of that so we changed our planned order from a cooked meal to cake and coffee.
The passion fruit cheesecake was light and tasty. The choc cherry cheesecake was too heavy and rich for our taste.
The staff were pleasant enough but obviously flat out, if the place is regularly this busy then it might be time too add more before wait times discourage travelers from stopping in.
Next time we will arrive earlier and allow up to 2 hours to enjoy everything this place has to offer

The meals which we ordered and had to wait a long time for were extremely poor quality. According to the menu the meals were not as described. Also other food such as burgers were not fresh and were dry with no flavour. The flies were better outside than inside. Don’t know how this business will exist as we definitely won’t return neither will our family members who were all of the same opinion. This is a pity because you try and support towns who are struggling.

Food is overrated… It’s like the chef is trying too hard with so much added to the dishes you can’t really distinguish what it is you are actually eating, very hit & miss. Service is dreadful, rude front staff & long wait times if they get the order right. Concept is good they just don’t seem to get it right. Won’t be going back, gets a big thumbs down from me.

The Gardens Galore garden centre on Albion Street in Warwick has a restaurant, so whilst staying at the adjacent Warwick Motor Inn, we purchased takeaway breakfast here. We ordered the Pancakes with Mixed Berries and Ice Cream, Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Ice Cream, and the Eggs Bene with Avocado. The meals were delicious and good value for money. The coffee was good too. Service was excellent.
This restaurant is certainly very handy when staying at the adjacent Warwick Motor Inn, and has a good range of choices on the menu for breakfast and lunch. We look forward to visiting this restaurant again.

Recommend to come here.
Had to wait for45 mins for meals, my order was Barra and chips. Chips were cold and Barra was grilled to a crisp and coleslaw was dry with no taste. All in all not very good. Wife’s meal was salad with calamari and prawns, seafood was cold.
Enquired twice, to be told won’t be long after the second enquiry still was 10 minutes to come and to then arrive cold. How can your meals arrive cold?Did they just leave them sitting out before giving to us? Gave money back after complaining, very poor.

For a cafe out in the country, it serves up quality food that is on par with Brisbane’s or any major city cafes in Oz. So far whether breakfast or lunch it never disappoints. Thank you to the chefs and staff for making the place to grab a great meal in Warwick!

The place was very beautiful and very clean.
There’s a cockatoo at the back, the water is dirty. I hope it is treated with more care and not just there for decoration.
The food took a long time to arrive. The pricing is reasonable but although the food looks good, the taste is a little bland.
Would come back if I pass the area next time.

Lovely Cafe set amongst the garden centre. Plenty of items on menu to choose from at average prices. Good helpings but very very slow service - midweek!
Garden centre was well equipped and interesting to make any garden or home special but prices were quite high.
Well worth a detour to this out of the way cafe/garden centre.

This is a very unsuspecting venue from the street. When you walk in the front door of what appears to be a small building opens into a massive cafe area. A really great place for a meal or coffee and cake. We tried Mars Bar cheesecake and Clinkers cheesecake today and grabbed coffee in a takeaway cup so we could walk around the nursery. There are so many hidden surprises around the nursery, it almost feels like a little adventure. For sure will visit again when we are next in Warwick.

Such a peaceful setting for a delicious brunch. The menu is extensive with something for all tastes and each dish was garnished with lovely flowers. Next, a walk through the nursery offers many delights to purchase including giftware and clothing. Definitely a must visit spot for breakfast and lunch.

What a beautiful morning spent here. From walking into a small gift shop and florist, a cafe, then a gorgeous nursery with fruit trees, flowers, succulent and cacti, to a boutique dress, gelato and central lolly shop. The silky bantam chickens and coop were a favourite. Thank you to the beautiful shop assistant for your kind, generous service. Coffee was smooth, strong and delicious and food equally impressive and very well presented. Standout.

Best chips in town, thick cut, coated in some sort of light batter. Beautiful gift shop that is easy to browse every visit. Icecream shop and clothing boutique up the back. Chickens as well. Big bunches of flowers available for 40 dollars which is good value.
