The menu had your usual pub food of steak, chicken schnitzels etc. I had the chicken schnitzels with mash and salad. The salad was the best that I have had in any pub from the Sunshine Coast to Adelaide and back. The schnitzel was beautifully cooked with a thin crumb and the mash was tasty and smooth. The other meal was corned meat with mash and veg and the sauce served with it was delicious. Very generous servings and so worth the money.

The staff in the bar were extremely welcoming and friendly when we had drinks before dinner.
We then headed to the dining room for our meals. My husband ordered rissoles, he loved them!
I enjoyed the pumpkin soup as I wasn’t very hungry. We would happily eat here again.

We had dined here ages ago and it was ok, so we decided to try it again.
Definitely worth it. The service was friendly and the meals arrived promptly and were of generous size.
Very good value, will dine here again

Great food and friendly staff in a traditional pub like atmosphere. I had the linguine and it was fresh and full of flavour. The wine selection was good and the staff were friendly.

Traditional pub grub , steaks excellent - order one cooking level down to get it right I.e. ask for rare if you want medium rare. Chicken schnitzel good. And all generous serves with chips and salad or Veges. Service good and friendly.
The only place open for breakfast on a Sunday apart from the local fast food joint. Good menu, friendly fast service. eggs benedict came with heaps of salmon and avo on toast had plenty of tasty topping. Coffees not the greatest! Get there early as it’s popular.

This was the only restaurant we found in the town serving lunch on a Sunday so be aware of this! It was therefore very busy. Staff were very pleasant although as the coffee machine had broken the pressure was showing. The breakfast was OK but we felt a bit overpriced for quality and size but very well presented. We ordered Earl Grey tea which I don’t think had been ordered for some time as no flavour and we presume very old!

Went here for dinner after reading the reviews on trip advisor. Not disappointed. Meals were great. Hubby had the sausages and mash special, meal was huge and delicious. I had the chicken kiev with chips and salad. Meal was yummy. Both meals were great value for money.

Had a conference here. The meeting area was excellent. The manager of the place was simply amazing. All staff were great. Oh, the food delicious. The lamb cutlets are highly suggested. Eat a meal, plan your meeting. Too many positive things to say.

We called in on a Friday night and had the lamb shank and mash along with lamb chops and vegetables. Sensational meals. You can't beat a country pub for food. Bar service was quick and friendly as well.

Came here this evening for a family meal, everybody enjoyed what the had.
My Porterhouse Steak 🥩 was superb.
My wife had The Salmon and said it was delicious.
Nice seating areas, nice staff, and some good Beers !
