Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Delicious coffee, flavourful, and attractively presented. Bagels good too. The Cafe is dog friendly. Ok, but I can't write a hundred words. We are sitting outside with the lovely garden scenery. The other peoples dogs are nice.

Lovely home made cakes and great coffee. Located in Caloundra near the CALOUNDRA RSL is a corner house converted to a shared space. The young couple that run the cafe do a great job in presenting themselves as an up and coming cafe. The garden...setting is fabulous and very relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of bullcock street or the esplanade. Well worth a drop in!More

The best coffee I had in the area, Staff were offering local knowledge. Not allot of undercover seating, it was raining on the day I visited, but this did not dampened the barrister or the staff at all

This is such a sweet little spot and I say without hesitation that I enjoy the coffee here more than all the other places I’ve been - beachside included - they are just really good at it! Lovely service and if you’re getting takeaway it’s...super super quick, but it’s also a beautiful place to sit. Thank you for making something so lovely!More

Great coffee, great service. Really nice little courtyard garden to sit and enjoy. We came here everyday while here for the dragon boat championships. Highly recommended.

Bold statement, as we are spoilt for choice when it comes to coffee shops here in Caloundra. The coffee is great!!! It is lovely to sit in the garden and relax, perhaps read a book or just enjoy the tranquil setting. They don't serve food,...but you can get a biscuit or a cake with your coffee. If you love your coffee, you definitely have to give Malarkey Artisan Coffee a try!More

Come here often for a fabulous artisan coffee - small but cosy outside seating under the trees. No need to pay for parking and more than enough parking space. They serve some homebaked goodies as well - no kitchen yet. Worth your while to visit.

Great little find, friendly service, skilled barista, delicious coffee and they have Bonsoy! Sitting under the Jacaranda tree on a hot day was lovely. They also have outdoor games to keep the kids entertained.

This little cafe opened whilst I was away on holidays and I couldn't wait to get back and try it out. Malarkey uses local Guru coffee and the barista is super friendly and skilled. Set in the backstreets of Caloundra (really close to the RSL...and hospital) the cafe operates out of a little shipping container, beside a house, with plenty of seating spread out through the yard. Perfect to grab the paper and read in the sun or play a game of quoits while enjoying the liquid gold and/or some baked treats (I believe they use local baker "Black Lemonade"). Definitely will be back again! Pricing standard as per other local cafes.More
