We had pizza, risotto and bolognaise. All the food was really nice and the staff great and chatty. If we lived here we would return frequently.

Takeaway pizza, should have bought one from Coles, tasteless. Use to go here years ago before they sold.
Atmosphere was great, friendly staff, crispy, 😋 tasty 🍕 pizza, good local restaurant. Drinks were quick service, cold local beer on tap, they even brew their own!
We live across the road from this place and had a bad experience 4 years ago.Tonight we decided to dip our toe in the water again and ordered take away pizza. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza which was just ok and the hot salami pizza...which was honestly the most bland pizza I have ever had. The rocket was so wilted it must have been weeks old.$37 for the two, you may as well buy dominos!!! Lift your game JFK, I doubt we will be back.More
Last time we went here was four years ago. Heard they had new owners so we gave them another go. Ordered the hot salami pizza. Who knew pizza could be bland and chewy? Not to mention the wilted rocket. The kids ham and pineapple was...a little better but again the base chewy? Ate most because we were starving. Leftovers in the bin. We ordered this pizza at 5:15pm we picked it up at 5:30pm the time we told it would be ready.More
Whilst we can apreaciate busy and success , I see little excuse for the rushing through and dehunmasised processing service we are now experiencing on the back of a little success .With Covid and the restrictions on patron and proprietor understood , very disappointed at...the lack of direction and attention now offered to the clientele that has made "busy "a regular thing . get your food and get out , Where from ? Thats anybodys guess ,pick a counter and stand there long enough you will catch someones attention and get your order .What a sad progression of success we have seenMore
The wife of the owner was there to greet me for my pick-up order I'd placed over the phone. She accused me of being late and argued with me when I explained she had the wrong person. Unfortunately, following eating the pizza, I had a...reaction to something, so had to phone to see if I could find out the ingredients and rule out other things other than gluten that I know I am allergic too that I hadn't anticipated may be in the gluten free pizza base. The wife said she may call me back if she can find the ingredients as she was too busy to answer at the time. I understood so asked if there was a good time to call back as from her tone and realising she was the woman I had experienced the night before, I was also getting the impression she wouldn't call me back. She argued with me which led me to ask her name, she refused to tell me and insisted on asking mine. Customer service bad experience 101. She hung up on me. I emailed the business to see if someone else could help me and explained my experience. The husband, Paul, responded and made excuses for his wife's behaviour and blamed me for not being aware of what I can and can't eat, that I should have asked. They both totally missed the point. I definitely won't bother eating there again and hope others who expect to be treated with respect when asking for information relating to food they are going to be consuming also choose not to eat here, as they clearly do not think this is important or have the decency to treat customers with respect.More
Staff were so friendly and could not help us enough... the drinks just kept coming. Great food too with good prices. Can't go wrong with this place, its a little hidden Gem
The pizza was beautiful, the service was great, but what restaurant doesn’t have salad? The only “salad” available was rocket and pear, hardly a salad in my view. Other than that, I would recommend this restaurant because the service and atmosphere is great and so...is the pizzaMore
had sharing plates great food terrific service would definitely recommend this restaurant and will go back again
Just wanted to pass on our thanks to the management & staff at JFK's we had a lovely evening last night for our Senior Netball Presentation. The outdoor area looked beautiful on arrival and the food was great as usual. We have held our presentation...here for 3 years and the players are always happy to return. Thanks again for making the evening memorable.More
We had a small party of 4 and went to JFK last Saturday night . The staff explained the menu and went through the evening specials . 3 of us chose from the specials menu and we ordered the rack of lamb cooked medium. The...starters came out in a timely manner and the main meal arrived perfectly cooked as ordered medium. But once you stared to eat the lamb it was just amazing . So tender and juicy We had never tasted lamb as beautifully cooked as this dish . I would certainly recommend JFK as we had a great evening , good service an amazing meal and just a great atmosphere .More
First time visiting this restaurant and is definitely my last!! The service was horrible, waited so long for our drinks and food when we asked the waitress if they forgot our order they were so rude.
I HATE to do this BUT... It’s bad! Used to visit at least bi-weekly under the old owners and loved it. We continued to visit under the new owners and there was a noticeable change. We figured it was just teething problems so held off...for a few months. Revisited over the weekend and it seems to have slipped even further. We’re genuinely invested in this restaurant being a success as it’s our local so I hope that the feedback helps. We would love nothing more than to be regulars again, especially with the new venue opening. First the positives. Drinks are as good as ever. Atmosphere is still pretty good and menu selection decent. What we didn’t like was the food and the service. I’m not sure if it’s a change in supplier or chef but the food quality has decreased immensely. Pizzas have gone from the amazing wood fire taste to standard pub food / supermarket style. The chicken used to be delicious home style and now seems more mass produced, same goes for the pasta. It’s certainly not bad but no longer anything special. The service though not awful felt rushed and a little aggressive. Checkout equally so with any questions met with a harsh negative attitude rather than caring and appreciative of business. You certainly don’t get the warm fuzzy feeling when you leave. Hopefully they can turn it aroundMore
We booked a table for 12 a month in advance for a family birthday dinner for 7pm. We turned up on time and we stood outside for 35 minutes as the restaurant had obviously taken too many bookings for the night. While the waitress flailed...about making up stories that she could put together another table inside, which we agreed to, other bookings turned up which she promptly put on the tables she had just promised us. We stood outside in the alley waiting and waiting and then the front of house lady told us that they couldn’t budge the previous booking. We left and ordered Pizza Hut. Absolutely terrible service and incredibly disappointing 👎More
