They say consistency is key and this place is anything but consistent. Have visited on multiple occasions to dine in and ordered takeaway coffee/sandwiches maybe 10 times. Everything started of great and has been on a slippery slope down hill since. The sandwiches are expensive...and generally soggy. Dine in meals have been great on occasion and don’t mind paying the higher price but on returning and ordering the same meal I was treated with a whole new dish that seemed like it was thrown together by a child. The coffee is very hit and miss and when it misses it’s scolding hot and undrinkable. I’m sorry Flock, but you’ve burnt me too many times and I won’t be returning.More

I loved this place, why can't we all have a Flock close-by. On our first visit we learnt a very important lesson to apply on our second visit, one we gained from another couple at our shared long table; the meals are large enough to...share, share a savoury and a sweet. The cafe on both lunchtime visits was near capacity, service was always swift and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. On the first visit we had a Rueben Sandwich and a chicken pesto foccacia with a non-alcoholic drink, there was absolutely no space left for sweets. On the second visit since the Rueben sandwich was so delicious the first time we ordered one to share followed by a slice of pineapple and coconut cake and a coffee. Yummy! The coffee blend was to my liking so I bought a kilo of beans to go. The decor of the cafe is fun and eclectic, there's unique objects, furniture and artwork throughtout. Along one side wall are items for sale, deli items, frozen meals to go and a little range of gifts. Many thanks Flock for the delicious time.More

We have been visiting Flock for years now and have noticed the small but frequent changes like price increases and smaller portion sizes. With the new menu change leaving off our usual options, we thought we'd give it another go and tried the mediterranean bowl......The description had quinoa and roated cauliflower as the first 2 words so we were shocked that it was pretty much a bowl of baby spinich (that didn't look that fresh and some starting to yellow) with no joke 1 floret of burt cauliflower and a tablespoon (maybe 2 if I'm being generous) of quinoa!!! And $16 for it... we won't be tempted again that's for sure!More
