Yummy Thai food in a good cosy little restaurant tucked out of Jindabyne. Great service and friendly! Went twice during our stay (once dine in and once take away!) Can make dishes vegan 😊

If you're looking for delicious affordable Thai food, this is the best to go! Would go back just for the food but the kind friendly service made it that much more worth it! Not pictured in my review but would definitely also order the curry...puffs as an appetizer.More

We were 2 families ( a group of 10). Because we are a big group we walked in the restaurant and made a booking for 730pm. When we showed up at the restaurant at 730pm. We were greeted by a lady, who first of all...was very rude in her way she addresses herself to my husband. She was going on and on about a group that overspent time at their table and she could only accommodate us as 2 tables. When we said we wanted to be seated together her tone was even more rude, she didn't make the effort to organise the 2 tables together. She wanted to give away our reservation to another group This prompted my husband to have another talk with her. Finally, our table was organised and we were seated. The lady took our orders but she made a face obviously over the issue over the earlier discussion. The last order was a fried rice. One of the kids removed a long hair from the rice and then showed us another hair. Our first reaction was is it from of our kids but all our hairs were tied up and the hair we witnessed was wrapped around a piece of chicken so if it was a hair that accidentally dropped in the dish it would have been at the top of the dish. One of the kids said they found another hair in a dish but removed it earlier. As we knew this would lead to another discussion, we simply advised one of the waiters that we found hair in the fried rice. The waiter took it to the kitchen then came back asking us if we wanted to be served a dish again to which we answered "No". My husband then settled the bill without asking for a discount. All we wanted to do is leave the restaurant. As one of my friends left the table, the lady came back to her and whispered behind her back...." all the kids have got long hair".... insinuating it was one of the kids hair. Why on earth do we want all this discussion when we are travelling as a family and having some time off with the kids. We've done outings as 2 families before and never ever have we been treated like this to any restaurant where we take our monies. Please avoid this place by all means, you wouldn't want to ruin your holidays and time off arguing over seating and confronting a lady who treats guests with no respect. Overall: The restaurant needs to improve big times on their attitude towards customers and basic hygiene is a must when serving food. If a customer has advised there is hair in their foods but has not asked for food replacement or a discount, accept the feedback.More

The flavours of the food are amazing, it's just such a shame the servings are a bit stingy, and served by a person with such a sour face you wonder if shes made to suck on lemons all day as punishment for something. We had...the wings and satay chicken sticks as entrees. Again, amazing flavours. It's just that the wings were the wing tips, and the chicken sticks had 3 that were a good size and one that was so small it really should not have been served. Chicken wings have to be the cheapest thing to buy for a restaurant. Surely, if you're cutting them into separate tips and mini drums, you can serve more than the tips. Mains were the chicken red curry and caramelized pork belly. Again amazing flavours. The pork belly was a good serving, 5 large chunks of caramelised meat, lightly crisped skin and soft, jelly like fat- delicious. The chicken curry had so little chicken in it that we initially thought they had brought us a vegetable curry by mistake. With the prices of vegetables at the moment, you'd think they'd make more money putting more chicken and less vegetables in, but no. This stiffness stingyness with the chicken cost them 1 star in the review. The other star is lost for having someone, already mentioned regularly by other reviewers, serving people with such an angry, sour demeanour and look that they are either an owner or the place is so desperate for staff they'll put anyone in front of customers. Keep this person seeing up and cleaning tables rather than serving customers, she puts them off their food. Maybe bring your own chicken breast and wings and ask them to cook them for you, then you'll actually get to taste some., because the cooking is great, just not the serves or service.More

It’s worth the5 min drive out of town. Fantastic food. Beautiful massamam curry and slow cooked pork belly .. give it a try .

Some of the best Thai food I have eaten. We had a fantastic green curry, chile basil stir fry and peanut sauce stir fry. Wonderful flavours quite different to the normal run of the mill Thai restaurant.

Visiting this place for dinner with family. While the food was tasty and we had nice time. My only feedback is on the the Hokkien noodles tasted raw and might be bit old or not cooked properly. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Took the kids to dinner on January 2 when it was a bit quieter. Was worried about how the kids would go but we ended up having a fantastic time!. The staff allowed us to choose a different table a bit further away from people....The kids enjoyed the fish cakes and satay sticks, I LOVED the Massuman curry and partner loved his dish. The staff were attentive in bringing drinks and deserts and were friendly. Will definitely go back again👍More

I am a big fan of Thai Food. I have eaten it in Thailand, many other countries and all around Australia. I would categorically have to say that that was the worst Massaman Beef I have ever had. The sauce was very sweet. The Beef...full of fat and gristle and needed a knìfe to cut it which should not be required in Thai Cuisine. Finally not a potato to be seen in the dish. The Satay Chicken and Rice were passable but nothing to be raved about.More

Delicious food and lovely staff. We are a family of 5. We found the place very cosy and staff are friendly. The food was divine. If you like Thai food this is the place. We had 4 different dishes and all were fantastic.

Nice set up and very good culinary flavours. A true escape from the oppressive burgers and parmigiana hovering every second place in Jindabyne. It was a one man show at the moment I came in and the cook was so friendly and helpful. It’s located...about 2-3km outside of town in a quiet location above the water.More
