Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice enough pizza but we ordered pizza and garlic bread which cost $36. When served the was no garlic bread. When questioned, staff said no garlic bread was ordered and the pizza is $36. Pizza size was not very big. It’s size would warrant a...cost around $20 at a normal pizza shop. Not happy Jan!More

Very authentic Italian / the total ambiance and staff. They are moving up the road soon- We had the garlic bread and veal - both delicious.

More than 10 of our friends arrived in pouring rain at Angie's after whole day trekking at Mt Kosciusko. The manager seemed a bit rude with all comments on our ordering and choices. The gnocchi was outstanding and pizzas & pasta were good too. But...on getting the bill we came to know of a surcharge > $30 and each pizza $35. We were even charged for a couple of glass of warm water & the chilli flakes for sprinkling on pizzas. Experience could have been better if there was courteous service and upfront with the prices on 'special' pizzas offered.More

So there’s a hair in one of the dishes. The owners comment: “it’s not mine. Mine is blue” “Pardon me! Are you saying we put it there?” Not enough. The next beer comes with “ I put two hairs is for extra flavour”. $37 for...a ravioli with a watery tomato sauce from the freezer. $37 for a pan fried chicken with a 100% cold slice of Brie on top. N $37 for the gnocchi with the hair. $11 for a small draft beer. N a Sunday surcharge. We won’t be back in a hurry!More

Best carbonara I’ve had in a long time. And my husband’s spaghetti ragu was amazing. I never finish my meal, but tonight there was nothing left.

We went to Angie’s for dinner as a family of 6. Immediately we were welcomed by their great staff that made us feel at home. The food was delicious which we found out they get there early and make all the pastas and pizza doughs...fresh that day. All the food has that warm Italian freshness that reflects the quality of the Restaurant and its staff!More

The menu had a lot of variety. The food was homemade, delicious and prompt. The view over the lake is lovely. Angie and her team are bursting with personality. Angie is a husky voiced, fiesty, Italian mamma who is all over everything. Like every small...business in Jindabyne, finding employees is a huge challenge. It's a testament to Angie that she managed the whole place with just two front staff. You need to tightly very manage to pull that off - but she did it all with humour. When asked if she would take a group photo, we were all smiling and she realized Charlie, the chef, was photo bombing us from behind. Then she kindly turned around and snapped a few pictures of the spectacular light over the lake while she had my phone. She's a delightful character. More
