great place for casual eating. Best lamb we have had in years. They source the lamb from local farm and cook it superbly. A Family owned restaurant, prompt service, and cheerful staff and perfectly reasonable prices.

Very nice meal in Cowra. Welcoming, knowledgeable staff, interesting menu - some classics and some different meals, and good, slightly quirky decor. Great bahji and samosas, excellent goat curry with the tamarind and jaggery chutney. Fantastic service, great food. I went with the “boring” butter chicken, coconut rice and garlic naan. Right up there with any butter chicken that I have eaten. The garlic naan delivered the garlic en masse. Great serving size- this was a larger quantity of food...than I could get though alone. With two glasses of their more expensive wine by the glass (don’t judge me, I sat a while hoping that I could finish all of the food) it came in at under $45.More

Quiet Sunday night in Cowra after a day travelling. We wanted a casual dining experience. The restaurant was not crowded, the food was excellent ( especially the goat curry). Staff were attentive and friendly and the prices very reasonable.

OMG - by far worth the drive from Sydney. This would have to be the best Indian I have ever had. Highly recommend the coconut rice and the butter chicken. My husband and I are on a weekend getaway and found this unexpected jewel in Cowra. We were welcomed as though special guests and served by friendly and relaxed waitresses. The food was exceptionally good. Cowra is a lucky place to have such great tucker.

Went here based on the reviews and wasn't disappointed, I'm glad I pre-booked as the place was packed on a Saturday night. I also asked for a table away from the door as the takeaway trade was humming and it was a bit breezy. Service...was great and the food was absolutely delicious. We went with a couple of our favourites which were Butter Chicken and Lamb Korma. The Butter Chicken was sweet and flavourful, in the Aussie style rich and creamy and only mildly spiced - it was so good I could have kept eating it for days. The Lamb Korma sourced from local lamb was tender and full of flavour, spiced just right for our palates and both serves had plenty of meat. Accompaniments were some rice and a deliciously cheesy garlic naan bread which was one of the best I have had as it was full of cheese and garlic and left my fingers in a mess but my tummy in heaven.More

Tasty onion bhajis, delicious butter chicken, medium madras just right. The keema naan was fluffy crispy and yum. The fish amitsari was less spectacular but that just gives us scope to try something else next time. And both servers were so friendly and lovely.More

Lovely people providing an excellent range of curries, beautifully spiced and totally delicious. A great range of breads available as well. Repeat visitor - never had a bad meal here.
