Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Worst coffee ever! Might be okay if you like a very sweet coffee though. Poor customer service. The barista appeared to be untrained in the art of making coffee! Food was not great.

The cafe is in a beautiful location and building and the cafe, shop and info section of the building are lovely. There is lots of seating and a really nice ambience. The staff are lovely too. We ordered coffees and cake and a milkshake. It...was a Friday so it got pretty busy at lunchtime and our order took longer than expected to come out. When it arrived, the milkshake was delicious and the cakes were ok (though they were seemingly not homemade/fresh). The thing that let this visit down was the quality of the coffee. My husbands coffee was very cold and tasted not great. Mine was lukewarm and quite milky. We didn’t mention it to the staff as they were quite busy. I would still recommend this to others as a nice place to stop for a break.More
