Seriously good dishes. Lamb Yros (a Persian recipe) and Lemon peppered Calamari & prawns were both excellent. We would seriously recommend SaFavi for a great light lunch.

Great service and even better coffee. We didn’t eat here, however the food we saw coming out looked really good too

Trying to find a good cafe for a coffee and light breakfast in Port Pirie on way to Clare Valley on a Sunday morning. Hard to find but came across SaFavi in an old church. Very modern refurb., great friendly service and highly recommend

Was advised the big breakfast contained all these things but when it arrived to the table it was undercooked bacon, fried eggs(overdone) & baked beans. Wouldn't call that a big breakfast at all. Disappointing

Safavi had excellent food, we couldn't fault it, but where the place fell down was in environmental responsibility. We had trouble getting tap water to drink at our table, the waitress wanted to sell us a plastic throw-away bottle of water. She eventually gave us...a glass of tap water, which was what we wanted. We didn't have coffee there but people who did buy coffee were getting it in throw-away cups; I saw reusable crockery cups by the coffee machine, but it seemed that unless customers insisted on a reusable cup (and none did while we were there) they were given throw-away cups. They did have keep-cups for sale.More

Early on a Sunday morning we were looking for breakfast before continuing on our way after an overnight stop. We liked the sound of this place from the reviews and they proved accurate. Good coffee. Not being super hungry, I tried one of the simpler...options, a bacon and egg sandwich and it was prepared with proper care and attention. After the early start the place quickly filled up and many were regulars. It seemed to be mainly a family business and apparently they've been around a long time. I hope they continue to make a success of it.More

This café sits within an old Presbyterian church. There is only street parking, but we had no problem. It is very smart with many white tables and chairs. We come for coffee and cake, both of which exceed expectations. The owner is friendly and welcoming....My coffee is served in a paper cup, but a very special gold variety advertising the café. I hate paper cups on principle, but on reflection I think I could get used to these!More

On our travels up north we take time out at this cafe for an excellent coffee and fresh cake or slice. Nice open feeling and tastefully decorated. Friendly staff.
