This place is great. Excellent Coffee, Fast Service, Cool Vibe and the food is amazing. We ordered Banana Pancakes, French Toast, Eggs Bene style dish with chilli jam instead of hollandaise and Lemon Chicken Toastie with 2 coffees for around $63. Only bad thing is we found it on our last morning after a 10 day holiday. Can’t wait to get back and get some more. Great job guys

We went there after looking at the reviews and it was busy. It’s only a small place with casual service but the staff is very efficient and friendly. The Byron coffee and fresh juice we had were both aMAzing. Honestly made with such fresh and clean ingredients, were perfect for a humid day. My partner liked his brekky burger. I LOVED my Mexican beans and rice with a side of ghost chili the owner chopped for me, it was absolutely delicious. Finally a place that sells different things other than the menu items same as next door café. The service is prompt even though busy, but the staff is really kind and it made the difference to us. Had a nice chat to a table of locals next to us who love coming there. I hope small businesses like this one really thrive, felt like I found a gem. Thanks guys. We are coming back today to try your curry!!!!

Been travelling around Australia and this cafe is way up there. Great variety of food with vegan & non-vegan specials that change every time we visited. Great to find a place that works for myself and my vegan girlfriend.
Cafe One 3 is very reasonably priced, you can get a fantastic lunch and good portion for only $14.50 and many items are even cheaper than this.
Some highlights would be the constantly changing clean & green bowl, one of the many Açai bowl options or the bacon Canadian pancakes.
We will be back soon! :)

We went the first time because of the reviews and its high rating on trip advisor. The coffee was ok, and the bacon was nice but the acai bowls were sub standard, runny and lacking flavour. The second time was due to convenience of location en route to a day trip. The coffee was ordinary and my husband's cappuccino was more froth than coffee but the worst thing was my daughter's $6.50 GF brownie which was obviously frozen and thawed and had that "frozen too long taste". The coconut GF bread was also tasteless. There's no view and MUCH nicer cafes in Airlie Beach. Don't be fooled by the rating. They leave stones to say rate us on TA which pushes them higher.

We had morning tea a couple of times at Cafe One 3. My partner stated they did the best coffee out of the 6 odd cafes we visited in Airlie Beach. I enjoyed a lovely chai tea and home made cake which tasted healthy and was a big serving. Another time I enjoyed a beautiful beetroot and ginger juice. Cute, eclectic cafe with covered outdoor seating and gifts for sale. Most staff were friendly and efficient.

I moved to the region in response to Covid and knew no one up here except my staff. A handful of business owners welcomed me and have treated me like family since 2020 and these guys were the most accommodating. On top of that their food is consistently outstanding with the perfect blend of flavours and taste. I have always been someone who will drive several km to support anyone who delivers quality service and Cafe One 3 truly care about their community of both local and visiting customers. I often buy gifts from their extensive range of products available for sale and the coffee is awesome. Thanks guys for your commitment to quality.

One of my friends used to be a regular at this place and recommended it to us, so we came to have breakfast. The food was good (although the poached egg was overcooked), but the service was terrible. The manager was rude and arrogant, and made us feel uncomfortable. There was only one young waitress that was nice to us.
I will never go back. I can easily find good breakfasts somewhere else.

I live locally and Cafe One3 is my go to for all things breakfast to lunch. Their organic coffee from Byron Bay is the best in the Whitsundays. Cafe One3 is a family business and has the loveliest atmosphere which makes the whole experience so personal and enjoyable. Prices, presentation and service are all 10/10. The cafe also stocks some gorgeous items which make the perfect gift to yourself or a friend. Be sure to try the gluten free brownie, you won't be disappointed!

Not my cup of tea really, however I’m sure it is popular for the organic nature of most rushes. There were lots of vegetarian options for my friend and she loved it. The banana pancake was pretty nice (more of a crepe) and it had a very cute atmosphere.

Awesome organic coffee and friendly service. Even a free treat for our fur baby. Didn’t eat but had a taste of banana bread. All food looked scrumptiously organic and heathy food.

cute little cafe, but coffee is over hyped and didn’t taste very nice. Ordered a dirty chai and it came out drowned in cinnamon and didn’t even taste like chai.
They ran out of the food we wanted to order and the food we did have was disappointing.

Cafe One 3 has the best coffee and the best food! All my gluten free desires are satisfied by the delicious food make in house by Andrew and Kerrie. I always recommend this quirky cafe to friends and visitors alike. Thank you for being my "go to" treat for breakfast and morning tea!

Stopped by as a family of four having heard great things about this cafe. Parking off the street nearby, a variety of seating options including crates with cushions as well as standard tables. Very popular but we still found a space. Friendly and relaxed staff and a great selection of food and drink on offer including daily specials. Nice to see dogs are more than welcome too. Inside the cafe is a small shop with a variety of lovely good on offer including Byron Bay coffee. We were warned there would be a slight delay with our food which was cool with us. Drinks came promptly and the coffees and mango smoothie were all awesome. Highly recommend the brekkie roll (with chilli jam) and any of the açai bowls. Doesn't have a view like many cafes in AB but the food and ambience more than make up for this - easy to see why its number 1 on TA.

Hands down the best cafe in town… it is my go to. I bring all my family and friends here. You have to try the Açai Bowls… they are a work of art and taste amazing. The fresh juices are a heath sensation and the breakfast specials are also good… and well priced. I love that they source their produce locally and organic where possible. Such a great vibe with happy, smiley staff and the best part is that dogs are welcome!

This cafe is adorable, the staff so friendly and the food delicious. We were lucky to be able to get a seat, but I could certainly see it being difficult to that on their particularly busy days. The venue is eclectic and rustic, but the food is large portions and well priced. The coffee was also great.
