I would suggest that you get food here rather than at Jabiru - but check opening times. Food smells amazing and had a cute little souvenir shop. Nothing junky - proper art

Amazing authentic thai melas in the middle of Kakadu, love it recomment the pad thai and the basil chicken stir fry.
We only dropped in for some directions and water but found the Border Store to be a delight. Apart from coffee and food there was the ability to book a tour and get local information.
I would have given the Border Store a better rating except for the condition of the building and the cheap table and chairs. The food was great, the unique position and friendly staff make this restaurant a great option when visiting Kakadu. I would visit...More
