Had to wait 45min to get the soup of the day and a ham n cheese croissant.
They weren’t even busy...
They don’t do breakfast past 11am, nobody smiles, nobody cares.
If you’re not happy working in a cafe, you won’t make your customers happy.
Overnighting nearby, we were recommended this as a breakfast venue. It did not disappoint. Friendly staff, shady pavement eating space, funky interior. It is not on a main road so no traffic noise. I usually have Eggs Benedict for breakfast but decided to try their...corn and halloumi fritters with poached eggs. They were accompanied by a corn and tomato salsa, rocket and an avocado sauce. Delish. My partner’s bacon and eggs were also good. As a tea drinker, I was also delighted to find that they offer looseleaf tea in their pots. We will return next time we pass through Port Augusta.More
Excellent coffee. I’m tempted to make a trip back to Pt Augusta just to visit the Archers Table for its first class coffee. Strongly recommend you visit if passing through and appreciate fine quality roasted coffee.
It was great to find a good coffee place in Port Augusta. The title summarises it in that the coffee was good and it is hard to find good coffee when travelling.
The citrus tart was a very small slice for the price paid. Perhaps...it was brought in?More
