Found it quite expensive but the food was nice. Service was average. Took a little while for the food to be served but it was quite busy.

This is our second visit and we were very disappointed. We paid 70 cents extra for a decaf coffee and $1 extra for large coffee which both were uninteresting plus the accompanying apricot scone was dry and crumbly. And they charged $14.80 for two cups...More

Don't enjoy going to a Cafe that is not committed to satisfy their customers. I chose from the cabinet a mushroom Quiche that had very little taste and felt and looked like it was a day or two old - nuked in a microwave oven....More
Went here because of good trip advisor review. Lunch with my elderly parents on a busy Sunday lunchtime. Lots of choice with toasted sandwiches a hit and great coffee. Carrot cake and chocolate tart beautiful. Helpful and friendly service. 4 people for $55 is good...More
The coffee is wonderful along with the carrot cake all staff are friendly it is a good place to go.I will be going back and would take friends for a coffee.
Yellow did a catering for one of meetings for a light lunch. it was a beautiful spread and it definitely fitted in well with the light lunch category and it had an absolute gorgeous presentation to it...
Lovely walk from Braemar House, where I stayed. Food of excellent quality and reasonable price. Good service.
This little cafe in near the river in Whanganui has a great atmosphere, and excellent service from the staff. Perhaps the only real letdown is that the food was fairly bland and uninspiring - typical pub-grub really.
