We didn’t know what to expect, but as soon as we entered we were greeted with a smile and a lovely attitude. Amanda explained how that tastings worked and happily recommended some tastings. She was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience ten times better! Amanda also taught us about the different blends and origins of the coffee. Once we had tasted and bought our favourite coffee beans and grinds, we enjoyed a coffee and cake at the cafe. Highly recommend visiting while in the area.

Love the aromore of coffee. First port of call on our McLeods Wine & Brewery Tour MR. Interesting, learnt somethings about coffee and sampled a few. Could be considered expensive to buy the coffee but its a great taste and not mass produced.

In an area where it can difficult to get good coffee late in the day as places close early, Yahava KoffeeWorks is like an oasis in the desert. This is only a few minutes drive out of Margaret River and is open until 4:30 for dine in or drive through. Great inside area with heaps of coffee and tea for sale as well as accessories. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Yahava’s coffee is the best quality, bar none.

If you love coffee you must visit Yahava Koffee. It’s a place full of all things coffee. Includes tastings, coffee beans and tea leaf packs to buy plus accessories. A cafe with coffee and food. Plus a drive thru Kwok Koffee lane. We visited twice during our stay and enjoyed the coffee and food. Playground and grass for children outside. Plus a gourmet food shop and Tapas restaurant in same complex. Friendly staff. Can get busy so use the drive through if you are in a hurry.

We visited on a weekday just for a look around and to maybe buy some coffee. The place looked interesting when we went in and they appeared to have a good range of coffee available. There seemed to be three staff on duty but they weren't interested in potential customers. After walking around the shop looking at the different coffee and equipment, plus a quick dip into the cafe, we gave up and left. No interest shown by staff. Won't be visiting again.

This place has lots of coffee options and a reasonable menu. It also offers drive through. The displays and decor make it worthwhile to sit inside and take your time to savour the coffee The morning we were there the place was full of young local mums and old tourists! We were all having a great time.

Was looking forward to a really good cup of coffee and something to eat, but disappointed that my large cappuccino was pretty watery. Have had Yahava coffee elsewhere and loved it. Was pretty interesting looking round the shop and we came away with a few purchases. Staff not overly friendly, the young man serving us did strike up a conversation for the couple of minutes it took to serve. Not sure how you go about trying the tastings and didnt appear to be anyone roasting and certainly no staff appearing to have time to talk to us....all as advertised in their brochure 'Let the adventure begin' was a no-start experience for us. However, the drive through was very busy....maybe others had experienced what we had and just didn't bother..just want a cup of coffee!?

Dear Theresa, thank you for taking the time to leave your valuable feedback. We're very disappointed and surprised to read your review. We are very proud of the brews our team prepares with passion and care, and we stand behind every coffee we serve. However, brewing coffee is not a perfect science; we do occasionally make mistakes which we are always eager to rectify. Had you reported your disappointment to our team, I know we would have looked after you unreservedly. We work hard to continually improve our experience, and whilst we do make human errors, I am proud of the quality of the good work of our team. I would greatly appreciate you contacting me directly with further details of your experience so we can, invite you back, and make sure you do get an authentic Yahava experience. Regards Alessandro Fucci alessandro@yahava.com.au

Fab experience - my husband and I turned up hoping to do the Safari tour but unfortunately it wasn't on. Luckily for us, the staff were brilliant, very accommodating and made our visit really enjoyable. We were looked after by a lovely, enthusiastic lady called Tiarn. She had great passion and knew her stuff. We intend to go back tomorrow before heading north - that's how tasty the coffee was.

Yummy coffee and friendly staff. The 21st anniversary blend coffee was so good we bought a bag of beans. Great play area for kids with a digger on the lawn. Also has drive thru coffee if you don't feel like getting out!

Stopped in for a quick culpa and ended up staying for an hour. Tried a complimentary tasting of 3 blends, ended up buying some to take home. They do the same for tea drinkers

We had coffee and a veg sandwich at the cafe there. Both were mediocre. Disappointed with the weak coffee so didn't come back for the workshop/ tour.

Two coffees, bacon and egg wrap and banana bread. Couldn’t taste sugar so checked. Yes just need to stir it, which they did. Had a swig while parking and the lid wasn’t on! Going to Bunbury for the day. Coffee all over my shirt, seat and console. My partner put her coffee down on the floor to help. That tipped up and lost half the coffee all over the floor. Inedible bacon wrapp as bacon uncooked. Banana bread stale. Should have paid extra for butter. Coffee weak and milky. Staff were friendly, but…..won’t be back.

Dear 217jenniferw, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at our cafe. We deeply apologize for the series of unfortunate events that occurred during your visit, which led to a less-than-satisfactory outcome. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience you encountered. First and foremost, we apologize for the mishap with the coffee lids. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have the coffee spill all over your shirt, seat, and console, especially when you were planning to spend the day in Bunbury. We will make sure to address this issue with our team to prevent such incidents in the future. Regarding the bacon and egg wrap, we are disappointed to hear that the bacon was uncooked and that the banana bread was stale. This falls short of the standards we aim to maintain, and we apologize for the oversight in preparing your food items. Rest assured, we will be reevaluating our preparation processes to ensure that the quality of our food meets your expectations. Moreover, we regret that the coffee did not meet your taste preferences. We understand how important a well-prepared coffee is, and we apologize for the coffee being weak and milky. Your feedback will be shared with our baristas to ensure that we consistently deliver a rich and flavorful coffee experience. We're glad to hear that our staff was friendly, but we acknowledge that this alone does not make up for the issues you encountered. We strive to offer an exceptional overall experience, and we're sorry that we missed the mark during your visit. We truly appreciate your candid feedback, and we would like to make it right. If you would consider giving us another chance, we'd be more than happy to offer you a complimentary coffee and a fresh bacon and egg wrap to enjoy. Additionally, we will make sure to address the concerns you raised to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you will reconsider and give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience. Best regards,
