Breathtaking setting with restaurant upstairs looking out into trees. First class set lunch menu with excellent choices. Art series wines are 1st class Margaret river Chardonnay and cab sav. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Do not miss the art gallery downstairs.
We have visited Leeuwin many times for wine tasting, but this time we also had lunch on a chilly and bright winters day where we enjoyed an excellent lunch. We chose the Seasonal Menu with wine matching and every dish and wine presented was extremely...good. Service was also excellent and overall we thought good value.More
What's the next best thing to being on an Alaskan cruise for your 30th Wedding Anniversary? A Wine & Dine Experience at Leeuwin Estate. On arrival we were made to feel so special - we started off with a lovely glass of bubbles whilst enjoying...a tour of the private art gallery. Augusto was very informative and treated us so warmly. From here we were taken to the dining room to begin our wine/food tastings. 5 different wines with 5 selection of wines to compliment the individual dishes. Oh so good and in particular the kangaroo dish. No idea what made it so good but for me not being a meat eater it was heaven. We then ordered our 3 course meal which included matching wines from our tastings. Yes I ordered the kangaroo for the entree. Our server for the meal was Angus a most delightful young man with exceptional customer service skills. We were so full by the time we left. We can not thank Leeuwin Estate and their wonderful staff for making our 30th Wedding Anniversary extremely memorable.More
We came for a tasting and lunch. Cameron took his time to take us through the wines and was very informative. We then settled in for the duck charcuterie board and some more wines on the gorgeous balcony before a taxi back to Margaret River....A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.More
Visited here to have a look, beautiful setting and calming atmosphere. Tasted a couple of wines, ok but a bit out of our range. Enjoyed the Australian artists exhibition and the photo display of all the entertainers who have performed here. Worth a visit.
