What a pleasant surprise. Had 2.5 hours to spare due to my car being serviced in the area. Expected just a lunch bar....but on offer was so much more. A lounge area and coffee table with magazines and local papers....along with tables, chairs and stools...for eating is offered. Food is freshly made on ordering. Hot food is constantly being added rather than sitting for hours. Huge variety of foods both hot and cold. This place is not just for the tradies but for all who just want decent food at a really good price. Customer service is fabulous. Staff are cheerful, happy and obliging to all patrons who called in. The price was a bit steep but considering it's a South African food that was expected. The vetkoek however was less than great. The dough was dry and seemed like it had been sitting in the barmaryee for a day.

Wonderful simple meals ,the staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble, very good prices.The meals are nothing over $12 ,two different specials daily plus bain marie and orders.The owner makes you feel so at home and you are never rushed, we found this...place by accident and it is now our go to every time we visit Bunbury.The decor is relaxing and a lot of thought has gone in to customer comfort. If you are waiting for take away there is a comfy lounge area with current newspapers and other reading material.I can't recommend this eating place enough.More
