Not a $170 a night hotel more like $130+. Food is average and all beverages are very expensive, same price as Hyatt Regency. Would definitely not sTAY AGAIN

Great service great food. My partner and I stopped off for lunch and couldn't be happier with the service and food. Very nice place.
I had a pleasant time at this cafe this afternoon for a bit of relaxation on the ocean front in Bunbury, lovely cakes 🍰 and coffee would totally recommend this place for a big YES when next in Bunbury
Underrated cafe. Coffee, food and service wonderful. Views beautiful. Fresh, cold water with lemon slices very refreshing.
Should have realised when I noticed no one at the restaurant! 3 female staff members were talking in a huddle not too bothered to greet us! Took at least a minute before one of them broke free to ask what we wanted! We ordered the...squid and the very pricey 205 big breakfast ! Squid was covered in oil which made it soggy. I can normally eat anything but felt sick after trying to get through it. The big breakfast had a side of soggy grape tomatoes, soggy spinach and soggy bacon which all look like they were zapped in the microwave! Sorry guys but step up the game or you will be just like other restaurants in town! The corona was nice but had to put the lemon from my squid dish in it!More
Decided to enjoy a coffee and cake while we enjoyed the views over the ocean. Service was businesslike, coffees and cakes soon on the table. We enjoyed both but there are other local restaurants and cafes that provide better value and more ambient surroundings.
My husband and I came to this cafe for breakfast today because of its views of the ocean hoping that the food and service was as good, we were disappointed. When we sat down the wooden chairs were too hard for my back so I...took a small cushion off the couch, unfortunately our server said the cushions weren’t for sitting on so could we move to a bench style seat, we did but it didn’t solve my problem so the visit got off to a bad start, we should have left then but I had already paid for our breakfast. My husband ordered an avro smash, but the advacado was very thinly spread over the bread. I ordered an eggs benedict with ham and spinach, there was far too much spinach for the size of the meal. So all in all not a good meal.More
Reserved an outside table for Valentines Day. Not busy at all when we arrived at 6.30, but the table was set up at the front door !!! Kind of kills the romance as people walk past as they enter the cafe!!! The sunset was beautiful,...wished I could say the same about the meal. Ordered reef n beef with vegetables and potato mash. Prawns were great as was the garlic sauce but, the mash was lumpy, vegetables were cold and the steak, which was supposed to be scotch fillet was so tough and chewy. I offered it to my partner, but he too declined after one mouthful. He ordered steak with a mushroom sauce which was tough too but not quite as chewy. Disappointed with the price and what was delivered to the table. I will return, but just not for dinner and I will know not to order the beef n reef.More
Frequented for dinner, from the food aspect it ranged from "the best reef & beef I've ever had" to "really boring" so hard to give a definitive opinion. The waitress was really not that friendly or helpful, about the normal standard for Western Australia. This...is not a cheap cafe.More
We selected Ocean 205 to enjoy a coffee or two with friends, but mostly to enjoy the views over the ocean on a beautiful sunny morning. Coffees were tasty and warranted a second serve. Service friendly but otherwise so-so. Great location.
Perfect place to relax with friends enjoying a drink while watching a magnificent sunset over the ocean. Menu has plenty of options and all the staff were super friendly and happy. Despite being two large tables together our Meals were all served in very reasonable...time. They also do a fabulous hot chai latte and if you’re staying at the apartments great place for breakfast tooMore
Booked a table for 7 people on Fathers Day 2018, our coffee’s came out at different times and when we finally got ours it was in regular sized take away cups when we ordered large coffee’s dine in. When I brought this to there attention...they said they had run out of cups and that was the end of the story. There was no apology , no attempt to rectify this by washing some cups.On top of this we ordered a cake that never turned up until we brought it to their attention. Not good service at all.More
Staying at the Bunbury Seaview Apartments so ate at the cafe. The meal was enjoyable, the service was great and we would go back again. A good discount as we were staying in the apartments which was a bonus.
Great location in terms of views over beach but across a narrow carpark and main road. This is in the foyer of nice hotel apartments. Issue was price, good menu however expensive for a cafe more restaurant prices. We had coffee and cake instead, which...was fine.More
Have used this cafe several times it used to serve great coffee unfortunately the coffee has recently changed and now is weak and tasteless. Food on the one occasion we eat was excellent service was good view is lovely looking over the beach will certainly...go again provided they return to there original coffee supplier. Good for families good for dog walkersMore
