Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This delightful little bakery is french inspired, with delicious fresh baked bread daily, mounds of crispy buttery croissants and danishes and delectable cakes to choose from, as well as ice creams and beverages. The coffee was very good and the staff very helpful. It's very popular but has limited seating numbers at present. However it's worth the wait to get a table.

I have never experienced such indulgence, who in their right mind creates such delights such as white chocolate almond croissants. I’ve now eaten heaven on earth . Amazing cakes and savouries AND home made soups . A place of comfort before my daily visits to the hospital .

What a heavenly array of delights...so much to choose from, all so beautifully presented and of course a taste sensation. Also a great range of breads and pastries and great coffee. One visit will not be enough !

We visited for a cake and drinks but were served by a sick coughing staff member in these covid times. Laughter between staff members about a GP forcing the staff member to have a covid test. The coughing around food shocking during these times around vulnerable people.

If your in need of a sweet tooth fix - I'd definitely recommend going here. We purchased a birthday cake for hubby, didn't try any of the other items but I definitely could have! They all looked amazing. Anyway we order a lemon roulade meringue cake and WOW!! The meringue / cake / lemon curd ration was on point! It had the right balance of sweetness and tartness. oh I could go on and on about this cake lol staff were super friendly and informative. will definitely be back!

A delightful cafe out of the main crush in Warrnambool. Great coffee, speedy service from knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Boscastle pies - the best. Huge range of cakes and sweet treats. Highly recommend for lunch, am or pm tea and take away.

We popped in here today. I will be visiting again before we leave Warrnambool.. what a great little find. Amazing array of cakes/biscuits/slices etc. I shared a huge chocolate salted caramel mud cake with my daughter. Wish I hadn’t now haha. Hence my return. Do yourself a favour and pop in and say hi to the Tarts 😂.

This is a great spot for Breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon tea with family or friends. Amazing range of cakes to enjoy with a cuppa or take home for a special occasion, which are large of small in the size you require.

Impromptu trip to gorgeous Warrnambool and in need of a coffee before the return trip home - hidden at the end of what appears to be a slowly dying mall is this well patronised cafe - unusually impolite staff member did not appreciate our friendliness so we rise above her lack of customer service - everything here is expensive - who cares if your pies won a competition - they are not worth that !! we asked for oat milk and didn’t get it - espresso was akin to dish water and not hot and cost $5 - simply a big NO from us !!

Great little patisserie. The shop was very cute and a pleasant place to have coffee and a treat after walking around Warrnambool. Besides their sweet menu, they also had a great selection of pies

Curry pie tasteless and dry. Coffee warm. Staff member most unfriendly and impatient. No greeting or exchange of meagre pleasantries. Expensive and unpleasant with less than satisfactory fare.

Beautiful gluten cakes, macaroons, slices, biscuits, pastries, scones, donuts...the list goes on! It is so hard to chose when you’re just stopping by on a road trip past, but it’s worth it!!! We stopped by twice on our way past...it’s just a couple streets off the highway and the takeaway service is quick. There is a full cabinet of decadence to choose from plus some extras at the register. We enjoyed some macaroons, meringues, little yo-yos and a cinnamon donut...the coffee was also yum!! Thank you for this paradise!!

We stopped here after ending a 2 day road trip on the GOR. The selection of cakes is spectacular . A very traditional looking tea house with fine cakes baked to perfection.
