Had a girl’s lunch here. The welcome was friendly and efficient. Good atmosphere and the food was fantastic. I had the best salt and pepper calamari I’ve had in ages with a fresh salad. There is a free raffle on Wednesday and Sundays lunch time....My sister won a pack of James Squire beer. All in all a great experience.More
Terrible food, way over priced, meant to be chicken strips in a Tex Mex Bowl- like hard dehydrated chicken which was inedible, long waits, tiny kids meal, hadn’t been for years and won’t go back
10/10 for atmosphere and venue .. the rest however is meh Firstly I ordered the beef brisket, I asked if there was any spices like chilli cayenne etc in the meal and she confirmed there wasn’t. Normally I’d eat spicy food however after completing a...spout of radiation to my head my mouth can’t tolerate it. It was a Friday night so we expected there to be a wait time. However they had raffles and it kept us amused! My daughter ordered from the teens menu - thought that was an awesome concept! Her was great, perfect size. Hubby ordered the pork roast and thoroughly enjoyed it. My meal however. For $38 you get 3 slices of beef which definitely didn’t appear nor taste like 10 hour slow cooked beef. It was more of a coles deli sliced beef vibe. And then the potato salad - cayenne pepper through it. Meaning I couldn’t eat it and it burnt my mouth. The best part of the dish was the chargrilled corn. Told the waitstaff she looked at me dumb founded and couldn’t care less. No apology no nothing. I wasn’t expecting a refund, I just wanted to provide feedback, I was extremely polite. But after her reaction it just killed the whole experience. We ordered two sundaes and a sticky date pudding for dessert - wouldn’t bother. The spoons they give you you can’t even get the sundae from the bottom. The presentation on the sticky date pudding looked like a 2yr old slapped it on the plate. I definitely won’t be going back here based on my experience .. for food. But for entertainment I’d recommend.More
Went there with family visiting from Melbourne .Lots more selection on new menu especially non meat based which suited my vegetarian daughter! Sadly the kids area leaves a lot to be desired. My grandson was keen to have a play so I went upstairs with...him to supervise..I was actually the only adult & kids were asking for help! The area feels badly neglected..it is smelly & to my mind, unhygienic..the wooden bannisters to climb up the stairs were sticky & felt very grimy. There was no sanitiser in sight which I thought would be a must especially for that area! I was disappointing because my family and I love coming to this place!More
After being seated, we met Gary (Food & Beverage Manager - I think), who welcomed us, told us about the specials, wine & had a good chat. Gary offered us a red wine tasting and then decided to empty the bottle & pour the wine...himself. What a great guy, so friendly & welcoming. Dinner, we had the specials, cheese gnocchi & stuffed chicken. Both dishes were large and spectacular. The hotel is a large venue and being a Saturday night, it was very busy. The menu has so many choices, something to suit everyone. The menu would have to the best in Warrnambool and same for the hotel. When we visit Warrnambool again, we will definitely return.More
Amazing family friendly restaurant! Always a delight for us a family when we visit warrny to come here. Not super busy for a Tuesday lunchtime which was great! Friendly staff. Can order off main menu not just lunch menu which was great. The pumpkin gnocchi...was delicious and a large serve so doggy bag home was so worth it for lunch the next day. Indoor playground for kids. A must for families.More

Currently sitting here hungry, ordered the pork belly “special” paid $35 expecting to be blown away. Instead got a piece of pork belly smaller than a cigarette box, granted the flavours were nice but no way near worth $35. So yeah now eating my kids...leftovers just to not feel hungry. Staff are great though and others we are with are happy with their meals but definately steer clear of the pork belly “main meal”More
Booked meal for 6 ppl for 6.30 arrived at 6.25 seated got drinks, looked at menu, about to order when the person,,,Theo I believe his name was told us to hurry up and order and then without my 85 year old father saying a word...was told he was a winging old bastard, to which he took offence to as you would. For what the menu prices are listed. Don't expect to pay for quality or a decent serving for an adult. I ordered a roast of a day, Lamb. When it came it was the same serving as a pensioner meal. The quality was disgusting. The...lamb was tough, potatoes were quite obvious precooked. The broccoli which was so overcooked it was hidden under the potatoes (photo) No ... never again.More
My wife rang to make a booking for lunch on 07/10/20, she was asked to give her full credit card details including the 3 digit number on the rear of the card. When the person was quizzed why this was required he replied, it was...no the venue policy to make the booking. As this was a special occasion for us, she complied with the request. When ordering our lunch we asked the manager(Bar) why it was a requirement to give our credit card details as we had booked and eaten there many times he replied " In this covid 19 times we have a limited amount of spaces so if your don't turn up we will charge $20.00 per head on you credit card for not keeping to booking. This is the last time we will be attending this venueMore

We went here on a Saturday night and we were surprised how many tables were booked out already..........and we arrived right on open time of 5:30pm. So if you are going at a peak time, maybe you should book a table. But we still got...one without a worry. The food was amazingly delicious. My son had the sausages, but we had it changed to just have veges without the mash. We both had the specials of the day, pesto chicken and barramundi. The meals came quickly and meals were displayed like an "upperclass" restaurant. Sticky date pudding was really yummy too. Children play area is awesome, two bouncy castles and other play equipment. Was hard to get my son to sit down. So a nice quiet meal for the adults! Highly recommend heading here for a mealMore
Very popular place and I can see why. Friendly staff, quick service, great foid, geberous portions, great kids play area. Our family loved it. It gets very busy so I recommend booking.
