Best Takeaway Indian

Came here one night for some takeaway and was blown away by how tasty it was. Came just before they were closing around 9:50pm and was expecting to either get turned away or get served an average meal - but it was some of the...best Indian I've ever had. We had the veggie korma curry and mango chicken curry, with kashmiri rice and garlic naan - couldn't fault it!! Thanks so much guys you absolutely made our night.More

Lovely authentic food

Great authentic food with good value for money. A big range in the menu with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options. Definitely recommend it!

Takeaways were excellent in lockdown time

Always have consistently good meals from here whether takeaways or dine in. Bought takeaways several times during lockdown n which gave a welcome relief from home cooking.last takeaways we had onion bhajis Beef Kashmiri, Lamb makhni, Kashmiri rice, garlic naan and raita. All delicious and...very quickly prepared. The meat was super tender. Always love this place and will continue to go here.More

Good Food, Slow Service

The food was good once it came out. Unfortunately the food took close to 2 hours after ordering, however the restaurant was very busy. For compensation we did get complimentary drinks each.

Sooo Lovely.

We were tired after sightseeing and traveling all day and we had just booked into the Best Western Hotel for the night. Once again no restaurant open due to refurbishment. We were told there was an Indian restaurant just around the corner. We were not...disappointed. It was lovely. Very good service and the curry authentic. Too much for us to eat but delicious.More

Always a favourite and always consistent in presentation of food

I forget to review this sometimes but our last visit was excellent just as the other times have been. We usually order a mixture of dishes, Kashmiri rice garden salad and mango lassi. Enjoyed a beer and cider. My husband likes mild curries and they...do the perfect temperature for him. I like more spicy curries and they do these perfectly for me tooMore

Totally awesome!

Beautiful food. Very authentic and both the chicken tikka masala and the lamb kadhi were amazing. Medium spice was just the right heat. Would love to return if we’re in the area again. Lovely service 10/10 🙂

5 minute visit

Walked in (have dined here before), a waitress said for one, I said yes, she said sit anywhere (appeared grumpy), I sat down she brought over water and menu, no eye contact, smile or how are you tonight or would you like a drink!! She...went straight back to her post and picked up her phone and stated do what she does on her phone. The vibe was so bad I got up and left (I work away a lot and eat out often and this was the worst feeling I have ever had), went around the corner to Indian Gate and had a nice meal with good friendly service.More
