I don't often write reviews but this needs to be said. Tonight I had a Rib Eye with a matched shiraz recommended by our waitress. My wife went for the lamb rack. All I can say is that the service was fantastic, the wine list...great and our meals were brilliant. Would heartily recommend the Steakhouse if you want a great dinner.More
Great service, friendly and very efficient staff. Actually had our table top washed with proper water & dishcloth so it was pleasantly clean and not sticky film after the quick spray bottle flick technique often used these days. Food was excellent pub combined with good...quality live band.More
My husband is a fan of stone grill so every time we are in Echuca this restaurant is a must. The stone grill concept is great as it allows you to cook your steak as you like it. The biggest issue with this restaurant is...there inflexibility to make minor alterations like change vegetables and potatoes to salad and chips. The menu is also limited in the restaurant, which is strange seeing they have a lot of options at the pub down stairs. It would good if they added chicken fillet to their stone grill options and appropriate sauces. Staff are generally friendly but they are run off there feet. Also on this visit they allowed customer to stand around the bar and at the top of the stairs which made it very difficult to get through. Having said all of this we shall return.More
How disappointing. 3 steaks @$51 each supposed to be 400 gram. 2 were. 1 was not. After pointing this out to the waitress who was lovely, and she agreed it was “definitely NOT 400gm” she was going to speak to the manager but never returned....We finished our meal and my husband went to discuss the problem with absolutely no satisfaction at all. No offer of refund. A coke. An apology. Nothing. I guess the upshot was he didn’t have to eat 400 gram of seriously one of the most bland toughest steaks you can imagine. So far, we have only had lunches here and a few of them, too, because they are excellent value for money. They have a few for $15. A lot better than the $10 option around the corner. Staff are always friendly. Food is always fresh....I will have to try dinner here sometime. Highly recommend. I will be back. 9.5/10More

My wife had porterhouse (bit rubbery) & I had scotch which just on average for the price, just disappointed it was cooked on a flat grill as expecting cooked on char grill for a steakhouse. Happened to pick this place for tea on parma night. All had a great parma which was served quickly and by friendly staff.
Enjoyed a gorgeous steak and followed up the next night with a yummy Bolognese. Overall was pretty good, the service can be a little sketchy, bit arrogant and rude. But the meal was good. Noticed drinks were expensive.
This place was very busy when we dined there. The meal was nice and not large as some pub meals tend to be. We had dinner here on a Monday night - one of the very few places actually open on a Monday! The barkeep was friendly when we arrived (very early at 5:30pm) and staff were generally courteous and efficient. We ordered the garlic chicken and seafood...parmigiana as well as a wedges entrée. The size of the entrée was huge - at least twice the serving size we were expecting! We struggled to finish our meals as a result, as these were also very decent proportions. We visited with a group of 12 and all enjoyed top class meals. A wide variety of meals tried, steaks, chicken, pasta and seafood! The dinning room was large but nice and warm and the bar service was good. The standout of the visit was...our waitress who was brilliant.
