Inside the nursery. Was thinking not sure. But had a BLAT was YUM! The service was excellent from the team too. Definite winner.

Unusual stop within a garden centre but after searching for gluten free food while on route from Victoria to NSW was pleasantly surprised at the quality and range of options available. I had the chicken pesto salad with parmesan which exceeded all expectations! Delicious pieces...of succulent chicken covered in pesto and lightly battered served with a lovely salad, shaved parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, olives, nuts and feta cheese. Really delicious!More

Husband and I both ordered smashed avocado for breakfast which came with poached egg and bacon. We found it very unappetizing as the bread was soggy and hard to cut through. The poached egg was the only saving grace and was cooked to perfection. The...garnish was, I think, sweet potato shavings and very poorly done. Cheap cutlery. Cappuccino coffees very weak.More

On arrival, when we eventually got served, our service at the counter was abrupt and dismissive. We ordered our meal and waited over an hour to get our food, There were many tables empty and had other tables served before us that were seated half...an hour after us. Despite the food being nice, our coffees were half filled with froth, and the manner of most counter staff was very poor. To be fair, the waiter was polite.More

Quick coffee stop! We didn’t grab any food so can’t comment on that, but my husband and my coffee were perfect. And we are both fussy coffee drinkers. Came with a little complimentary little biscuit too, which was yummy. Lovely service and the food that...was coming out looked and smelt delicious!More

We went in to buy some plants and discovered the delightful New Leaf Cafe. Paying a little more is definitely worth it in my opinion when you get good food and service. It has become "our place" when I come and visit my Son. I...always order a Tumeric Latte with Honey on the side - delicious.More

Finally submitting a review of this fantastic cafe located in the Dahlsens store in Bairnsdale. We've eaten here for lunch regularly over the last twelve months and we have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is very good and prices are quite reasonable....My favourite dish at the moment would be their warm pesto chicken and salad. Absolutely delicious. On days where we just want something small, hubby and I share this meal and it is ample for the two of us. Staff are happy to provide us with an extra plate for sharing. Also top of our list are the prawn dumplings, the different home made soups and their cauliflower fritters. Well be heading back in there at least once every week for the foreseeable future.More
