As always, does not disappoint. The extra few dollars are well spent to escalate your dining experience well above the mostly OK but ordinary dining experiences in this city.
The two or three course menus are well priced, the food delicious, and as described on the menu.
Service is prompt, friendly and efficient, and the waiters are generally knowledgeable regarding details of dishes on offer.
A fine dining experience too good to leave for special occasions.

Had a dinner from the restaurant menu due to covid-19 restrictions. $20 for a very filling delicious meal which was very satisfying. Plenty of parking on street and easy to pick up dinners. Packed well and the meal stayed hot until I arrived home. After ordering our meal, I was able to collect it from a lovely lady. Very friendly service. Recommend this local Toowoomba restaurant.

We have eaten 3 times at Encores over a period of 4 years ( when we visit Toowoomba for the Food & Wine Festival) and I’m pleased to say the high standards have been maintained over that time.
The food is beautifully presented, uses excellent raw materials, and is full of interesting flavours. Serves are generous - an entree and main were plenty for us.
One of the most impressive features is the interesting and very well priced list of wines by the glass—after capital city prices, it was surprising and refreshing.
All up, a capital city experience at regional Australia prices !

Serves were very small and just average quality. Enter and main was $60 that was $10 for the entree and $50 for the main. There was a big cockroach running around under our table but the waiter stood on it. Would not go back again.

Thanks for your review and sorry we couldn’t meet your standards expected however $70 for three course meal including a complimentary starter and house bread we don’t feel is poor value.
Unfortunately we couldn’t meet your request on the night to sit on the open windows due to earlier bookings and hope this didn’t add to the poor value for money.

We had dinner at Encores. The setting is classy, the staff professional, and the food is excellent.
The menu is quite small, with four each of starters, mains and dessert. The four dishes we tried were all excellent, generously sized, beautifully presented, and very tasty with some original tweaks on classic combinations.
The wine list is interesting, with a good selection by the glass.
All in all, big city fine dining at regional city prices

The food is always amazing at Encores but they really excelled for the Valentines Day degustation. The food was superb and the service excellent with great matching wines.
The ambiance is lovely with the full length glass windows that open out to the beautiful garden and a view of the two churches.
Whether it’s lunch or dinner, do yourself a favour and go to Encores.

Wonderful warm service, attentive and called us by our names; which was really nice.
The food was incredible. I was really impressed that they had a non alcoholic white wine ….which was lovely and catering for a vegan dietary requirement was no issue.

The flavors were delicious , eye fillet , duck, pork belly , wagu ribs with pasta. Staff were all very excellent and attentive. No bookings online available when I rang there was tables. Glad I rang! Set menu with good choices available.

Hard not to like the place although I imagine on a show night it gets busy.
Food was a good selection and everything we ate we enjoyed, service was very good.
Price was reasonable. Booking would be near essential at the moment.

Apparently a well kept secret. This place is truly amazing! Relaxed, professional staff that absolutely know what they’re doing. Well thought out and brilliantly executed menu. Subtle music and lighting in a beautifully uncluttered dining room that doesn’t feel cramped or overcrowded. Very reasonably priced. Definitely will be back. Very much impressed. Thank you so much!

Thank you Encores for an absolutely delicious meal. Compliments to the chefs the food was exquisite and serving size generous. Flavours were all fresh and unique, and the atmosphere also lovely and relaxing. Great place to celebrate a birthday!

After dining here quite a few years ago we were excited to be coming back. Ordered the eye fillet and was disappointed. Wasn't anywhere near as good as it was years ago and the portion sizes were actually pitiful. Pretty average when you leave a restaurant hungry. Plain mineral water exorbitantly priced. Way over priced for the quality and quantity.

We visited on a Wednesday night and very much liked our table overlooking the church garden. Hafez our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable and made our night every enjoyable. My husband enjoyed his garlic soup and Atlantic Salmon. My seafood risotto I have to say didn’t taste the freshest but overall we had a good evening.

Had an absolutely fabulous dinner tonight at Encores. 10/10 for food, ambience and service. Special thanks to Andrew and Mon who looked after us so well. We were lucky to get a table without a booking as the restaurant was packed.

We had an amazing meal at Encore in Toowoomba, the food is fresh & delicious, staff are friendly and helpful. The ambience is inviting and fun. If you are visiting Toowoomba I highly recommend this restaurant
