Awesome service by Lilly. Friendly and fast meal preparing with a celiac child they were more than careful with making sure no cross contamination and so much to choice from. I have one very happy child which makes us all so happy we can enjoy a burger and chips together as a family.

A reasonable range on the menu, including the 'Bare Betty' for those who don't want or can't eat buns around their burger. Delicious!
Service is quick and efficient; seating is varied with inside and outdoor options. Staff are pleasant.

Very tasty burgers and sides; basic presentation, heavy on the flavour. I highly recommend the ‘Sroom’ burger for those looking for an veggie alternative.
The venue is kinda like an old diner/cafe - clean and simple. The seating is basic and i’d give it a low comfort rating - much more suited to a quick bite than a long lunch.

amazing food and the best service, really kind and friendly staff especially the lady that took my order, loved the flavour on the burger. Would recommend betty’s for family’s and young people a really nice place to eat, good location and fast service. great experience 10/10

The store is well presented and clean.Food was brilliant very tasty. The service was friendly and reasonably fast. The seating is very uncomfortable chairs are crowded together. Thought that the people next to us were going to fall over our chairs. For me that was the deal breaker I would not go back I prefer to be able to speak to the person that I am with and not have anyone falling over me.

The food is great and I always have a good to excellent experience in Betty's Burgers. The staff a friendly and always willing to serve. Location is great as we tend to visit after shopping at Grand Central shopping centre so parking is great.

I love this place, the food is great and the staff are always very friendly.
Best Burgers in town hands down.
Shout out to Ben, who always has great recommendations! Ask for the Cookie Butter Milkshake- its amazing :D

Visited the shop today and got lovely service from Sho. She was very helpful with the menu aswell. The food was delicious and the experience was even better. Will definitely be back for sure. Would recommend the crispy chicken supreme burger.

Came to dinner at bettys tonight. Was looked after by nellie and kate. They were both lovely and made sure we were well looked after and ensured everything was perfect. Highly recommend coming here. The best staff and service, food was amazing too.

I was looking for a good restaurant for lunch in Toowoomba, it appeared as number one in the list, we decided to try… well certainly not the best restaurant in town for lunch… very average burger ! Not bad but not the best… nothing wrong with it but was expecting something else for the top rated restaurant in town!
