Having just had one of the largest breakfasts - green veggie and pulled pork. Excellent meal and coffee . A great place to visit. Need to get there early as a very popular place come morning tea time

Coffee is spot on, juices are fresh and satisfying and the Breakfast Burger makes me want to come back again! The atmosphere and the beach just down the ride, you can plan a splendid morning on the beautiful GC with ease.

Gee whiz. Don't miss out on the incredible food and coffee at Elk! We had a long list of cafes and coffees to try on our first visit and for some reason we chose not to visit Elk on that occasion. This time, it was vital for us. The coffee was smooth and had a great balance, the service was... More

Honestly the best coffee I have ever had on the Gold Coast. It is a small little place that you probably wouldn't be able to get to without a car. The place can be too crowdy - well, they do their coffee too good!

The last time I visited here it was a fish & chip shop (many years ago) so I was pleasantly surprised to find such a fantastic café serving great coffee and my two boys loved the milkshakes - will be back the next time visiting the Gold Coast - highly recommend.

Went here for breakfast this morning, the place was quite busy. Had chili and goat cheese scrambled eggs with toast, which was nice but not spectacular. Iced coffee was good.

My partner and I love coming here when we visit the gold coast, always friendly staff and the food is delicous and well presented, coffee and milkshakes are also very yummy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice and relaxed breakfast :)

For some time, this café has been serving the best coffee on the Gold Coast. The café is very unassuming, so much so you might go past it without giving a second look. The coffee here is very consistent and the service is very friendly and efficient. The café is popular for breakfast and lunch. It is popular and get... More

After reading good review about milkshakes, went to give it a try. I ordered salted caramel and pretzel milkshake and that's exactly what I got. Some sort of store bought salted caramel ice cream, with packet pretzels thrown in whole. I would have thought they'd at least blitz or chop them up for flavor or texture. No artistry at all,... Had breakfast here 3 times the week we stayed at the coast. It's quirky, busy, the food, coffee and thick shakes are amazing. Service is great, friendly even when busy. We are slowly eating our way through the menu. The Passionfruit Panna Cotta is out of this world, and the Kickarse & Creme Brulee Thickshakes are to-die-for. Also loved the... More
