Location and contact

The name éléments is derived from the natural elements of fire, water and soil, components that resonate with the Hunter Valley region and are reflected in the entire restaurant experience. Executive Chef Jean Marc Pollet has created a menu driven by the food philosophy of the fusion of classic French cuisine with Australian produce. The inspired menu features local and seasonal produce executed with a French flair, and has signature dishes such as Duck and Mushroom Pie with Asparagus Spears and éléments Summer Salad. The ingredients used are of best quality and include produce from the Chef’s very own garden on his 5-acres farm and suppliers from around the Hunter Valley.

We had a sensational French inspired dinner at this lovely restaurant and I have to say I had the most perfectly cooked steak I have ever had. The ambience is beautiful, the staff attentive and the food is sensational. We will definitely be back when...More

We love coming here when we visit the Hunter Valley though disappointed this time around. We were a group of 13 though and the only people in the restaurant. The starter which was bread, olives and oil took 45min to come out. Main came out...More

Staying at the Mercure hotel thought we’d try the restaurant. Nice setting, beautiful outlook. In house baked rolls were delicious. Zucchini Flowers entree a bit disappointing. Seafood plate with the tempura prawns the star. Topped off with a local Semillon 🍽. Friendly service & enjoyable...More

A little dated but ok for in house guests. Food was average but a nice outlook onto the gardens. Trying but hasn't quite achieved. Breakfast was good, with Mimosa's, Virgin Marys and Berocca's on the "Recovery Table". Great idea!

It's not fine dining and innovative like Muse nor is it necessarily "French" but for in house guests, it can be very satisfying. For Accor Plus members, it is definitely wonderful value - a 2 course meal for $62 before your Accor benefits was certainly...More

Thank you for posting on our Trip advisor feed Laurenxxander. It does sound like you arrived and had a less than acceptable standard dinner. I cannot explain why the other two couples were fed in the appropriate time frame and left prior to your meals...More
