From the moment we walked in, the experience at EXP was incredible. The sommelier/manager greeted us and welcomed us beautifully. His knowledge and engagement were world-class. We mentioned that we weren’t fans of Shiraz, so we would prefer a wine paring without, which wasn’t an...issue. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and intelligent. The owner (head chef), sous chef and sommelier served our food at the chef’s bar, explaining each meticulously. It was a unique and very special experience. Highly recommend.More
