Recently lunched with a group of friends to celebrate an 89th birthday. In general we had Crumbed Prawns, Battered Fish or Lamb cutlets. Assistance with check-in was easy and helpful, and COVID precations were evident everywhere. Meals arrived quickly and everyone enjoyed their lunches with...glowing reports. Drinks at bar prices are a bonus.More

Even on a Wednesday night, this restaurant was fully booked. However, as guests staying at the hotel, we were looked after at the bar as we awaited a table. It was well worth the wait, as the food was delicious!

Visited with a few of the girls and was served by a very lovely young man at the bar by the name of Alex who was very accommodating and provided us with outstanding customer service. Will definitely be returning :D

Stayed overnight from regional NSW and the hotel rooms were great. Very well priced, spacey and nicely done up. We had dinner there and all 3 dishes were beautiful. I later ordered a dominoes shake and desert at 10:30 when the pub was closed and...the owner kindly helped me find the delivery driver and held the door for me. Would recommend :)More

After a good pub meal this is the place. Its super popular so make sure you reserve your spot. Its good a nice atmosphere. The food is really yummy, fresh, and inexpensive. The crumbed lamb chops are the best!

We booked in advance, and on arrival all the tables were either full or reserved. I'm coeliac and there wasn't much GF choice but when I discussed this with the staff they were very accommodating and happily adapted my meal. The food was delicious.

We went for the $15 Thursday schnitzel special...always good with a family of 5! Food was decent, lovely area out the back to sit outside under the fairy lights and younger kids have room to run around/play. Nice old building in the centre of town.

Typical pub food, but service was terrible. On arrival told to find our own table which was fine as we found one by the window overlooking the park. However, after getting a drink and ordering our meal we were asked to move. It felt more...like we were being told to move as the waitress was picking our things up off the table whilst we querying why. Got moved to a table in a hall way right by the noisy and hot kitchen.More

Lovely place to stop for a bite, we ate in the restaurant but the outside area is lovely too on a nice afternoon or warm evening. Good service, friendly staff. Meals were good, everyone at our table enjoyed their food. It is traditional pub food....I ordered the steak, fries and salad although wish I had ordered the lamb shank this looked really nice to eat. I will come back next time I'm in Orange. Make sure you book, it gets very busy. Covid safe check-in with plenty of spacing around tables.More
