I have dined here several time and never been disappointed. Last 3 times was for breakfast where you cannot go past their freshly made pancakes, which are to die for. Their coffee is honestly the best that I have had anywhere, Great views too.

Next door to Customs House, the heritage-listed building is on the site of the historic old Convict Lumber Yard. Paymasters Restaurant is one of Newcastle and the Hunter Valley's most delightful dining experiences. Paymasters is atmospheric, romantic and yet casual.
