Loved this place, we had big tables of guests and were all served within a reasonable time. The view was great and being our first time in Newcastle it was a good start to our family break. Cocktails were delicious

This is a great spot for lunch on a nice day. My wife and I eat here regularly when we are passing through Newcastle. Seafood meals are huge and the ingredients are always fresh. Pretty good value given the location. They often have live music...on weekends to add to the relaxed atmosphere.More

I have the seafood spaghetti every time and it is unreal the old guy that owns it is a great chef, I love his lobster shirt, he is very talkative and has great people skills. I recommend the tempura oysters, bay special oysters, duck spring...rolls, salmon, mussels, carpet bag steak and any of the fish specials. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and the staff are nice. I would definitely recommendMore

Beautiful day overlooking the Harbour ... ordered: Eggs Benedict with salmon, very average due to ice cold smoked salmon and warm eggs with one slice of sour dough only. Also ordered Southern fried chicken burger which was too oily with chunks of onion in batter...... left with greasy gut syndrome.More

Dined in the deck facing the water, good atmosphere with live band playing inside, however you could still hold a conversation outside. Meals were very tasty and portion size good. Staff were very pleasant, and looked after our every need...great job team :)

Dropped into the Wharf store bar and bistro one evening last week when strolling on Newcastle's waterfront and wanting a quick and simple meal. We opted for the $20 burger and beer choice that allowed us to choose any burger and beer. Great choice as...it came with excellent chips and salad. Friendly staff and great location.More

Lunch inside or al fresco. Very attractive range of eats or cooked to order. Leaf tea. Breakfast all day, except Eggs Benedict - hollandaise sauce only kept for 3 hours - fair enough but don't advertise it as available all day. Efficient pleasant staff.
