I had an excellent steak, cooked as I requested. There was a fine selection of 3 courses to choose from. The panna cotta was a bit stiff and the texture spoiled by unnecessary crumbs but never mind, still delicious! The staff were lovely. Reflections deserves...to be a favorite in Dubbo.More

We were splurging for a special occasion and we loved the food and atmosphere here. Prices were a bit higher but the quality of the food justified that.

I have visited Reflections restaurant Many times over the years, in fact it was my go to place. Tonight I took my partner there for our Anniversary dinner and can't believe how the service has not become service. We first walked on and the girl...behind the bar asked how was our meal and our night expecting us to pay the bill. we had only just got there. once we said we had just got to the venue she suggested that we take our seat at the table, however we wanted a pre dinner drink at the bar. Once we had our drink we took our seat at the designated table. 10 minutes later we had to ask for a Menu, the girl serving us said ooops sorry I forgot...really!! Menu was really disappointing considering I had some amazing food experiences at that restaurant. Then when I went to pay the bill the girl at the bar was busy on the I pad and I stood at the bar for what felt like 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. A guest at the bar suggested to her that someone was waiting to pay the bill. What a disappointment, change of owner who obviously doesn't consider service as a priority. Can't believe that a dining experience that was always amazing was sooo poor. I will never go back.More

We booked this restaurant in our motel on the basis of the great reviews here - and it did not disappoint! We had the salmon and the barramundi and both were excellent, but it was the accompanying vegetables which were the revelation! Full of surprising...flavours, perfectly cooked and an absolute delight to eat! The chef deserves high praise and the staff were lovelyMore

Terrific dining experience in Dubbo! Great venue. Wonderful service! Excellent menu. Great variety. Excellent wine list to match with food. The children’s menu is terrific. Dessert for adults and children were amazing!

Shown to table soon after arriving, water to table and not long before orders for predinner drinks taken. Meal orders taken in good time, and meals to table not long after. Spacing between entrée and main meals was good.

We went out for a birthday dinner & some aspects were good & others poor. Starting with the negatives Alcohol drinks took a long time to arrive at the table (approximately 20mins) The “reflections” cocktail tasted like a lemon squash & served in a beer...glass. After selecting our dishes & the waitress was taking our order did she inform us that a few of the dishes were not available. Blamed supermarket shortages They could have removed them from the menu as it’s photo copy paper. My Scotch fillet steak (surf & turf)was char grilled which is fine but tasted burnt. Also only 2 overcooked prawns. Pork belly dish was average & soft skin, not crackling. Lamb rack tasted great but looked anaemic. Only one waitress initially so it was difficult for her to get everything out & look after customers as well as could be expected (not her fault & she did a great job anyway) The positives. Everyone (7 of us) enjoyed the entrees which were plentiful & tasty It’s a nice atmosphere All the meals are a generous serving.More

Very disappointing … entrees 2 spring rolls and 4 dumplings, duck in spring rolls tasted like bland mush, dumplings chewy and soy was the only flavour. Wine came after starters and told to shout out if we wanted our wine pouring. Chilli prawns…covered in sweet...chilli sauce from bottle, no salad left (we were the 6pm booking), veggies instead…Indian spices potatoes, maple syrup carrots and burnt snow peas, frozen sweet potato fries. Scallops were tiny over cooked and had no seasoning. Purées grainy and again not seasoned. The only thing good was the wine we poured for ourselves. Mentioned scallops over cooked told no negative feedback and then were ignored. $120 later (obviously no gratuity for sending food back) feel pretty stung. Avoid. Feel sorry for the previous owners…hope they don’t come and eat here.More

My wife booked Reflections for my birthday dinner whilst we were road tripping around Oz. The meal was excellent, including a very nice affogato for desert. My birthday is between Christmas and New Year and we found that many of the restaurants in Dubbo shut...over this period. So we were very happy to find this one and recommend a meal here when in Dubbo.More

Overnight stay at the hotel and chose to dine at Reflections. Beautiful setting, lovely staff and exceptional food and service. Highly recommended.
