Recently came here instead of going to our usual haunts and was pleasantly surprised. The female member of staff who took our order at the bar was very short with us which was okay as we knew what we were after as my partner had...been there before and she was under the pump serving a busy bar area as well which is reflected in the rating. The price was reasonable, the food was spot on with our steaks cooked to perfection. The food / wait staff were so friendly and you could tell they just loved their work which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The big TV's are not our cup of tea but we did love the rustic feel of the venue. Hope you guys can support the bar staff to be less under pressure particularly on a busy Saturday lunch period. Will be back based on the food and the exceptional wait staff.More
After dining here previously, and vowing to never to come back, our regular dinner group decided to give Brady's another try.
This time our meals were hearty, tasty and cooked well. We appreciate the waitress advising food choice with known allergen and offering an alternative....We all agreed that the meals are much improved and will more than likely come again.
Keep improving to secure a great meal with a great setting.More
Went with wife and two adult sons for birthday meal. First visit in about a year. Place was empty on Thursday night not like last visit. Sat outside, good beer garden and ordered meals. Came in usual time and size good. I had Scotch Fillet...steak med rare. Came out med to well and tough like Chuck steak. Wife complained about veggies with her meal, undercooked. One son had garlic prawns, said they tasted like old frozen prawns and garlic flavour was wrong. Youngest son had chicken parmy with a mountain of chips. Chips dry and hard, not eaten. Staff pretty good. Shame, this place generally always good. Heard bad reports from friends since going that food had gone down hill. Beer still good.More
Here for lunch for second time, terrible food on specials menu, "2" flathead tails on chips with minimal salad $14, Fish cakes with "No fish" a little burnt, $15.90 horrible under-cooked chips. Rude staff, waited 45 minutes had to ask where it was. Won't be...back.More
Will not be going back. I live in Albury. Had lunch today at Brady’s but never again. We were the first ppl in the dining room at 11.45 am and ordered straightaway. Gradually the whole area filled up. Everyone else (about 40 ppl) were eating...and our meals hadn’t yet come out. I had to make an Enquiry about our meals and they came out soon after that. When the meal finally appeared it was terrible. 2 of us chose Thai fish cakes with chips and salad. Well the fish cakes were just balls of deep fried rice with no fish and no flavour. The salad was a pile of lettuce with 1 tiny piece of tomatoe on the top. The chips were soggy and horrible. My other friend chose fish and chips and salad. Out came 2 tiny bits of fish with a plate of chips, the salad was a pile of lettuce with a sceric of tomatoe on the top. Never again.More
We sat out the back for dinner. The place had a nice atmosphere under a big tree with lights, however we were both disappointed with our meals. Chicken and beef parmigianas were both soggy with an overload of Napoli sauce. The beef very budget. The...chips weren't even a saving feature also being disappointing, served with a boring salad. When paying over $20 for a meal I expect more.More
Spacious bar with great beer, sports & TAB area, plus different areas in which to dine at the back - both inside and out.
A lunch menu with a range of choices for $14 is hard to knock back, and all the more enjoyable to...eat outside on a beautiful day.More
