A group of us went for a meal, food was poor and I would go as far as saying the owner is rude, They don’t accept MasterCard.More

Hi Neville, Thanks for the review.
We actually went above and beyond for your group. We took on your booking of 12 people with only 10-15 minutes notice late at night, served everyone on time beverages, entrees, mains.
We served alcohol to your group till...More
First visit to the small suburban restaurant Red Monkey Thai and I was not disappointed! Staff are friendly and the menu encompasses the variety of traditional Thai cuisine. The Seafood with vegetables and noodles with a basil and chilli sauce was my voice and the...flavours and taste superb. I’ll definitely be heading back to the Red Monkey Thai!! Great facilities with toilets, spacious seating, disabled car park outside the front door and a range of payment options. Dine in or take away? Happy to do eitherMore
I visited this place for the second time and it was fairly empty. This did not matter but the staff could have been alo more helpful in suggesting a vegetarian meal for myself. I am not a big eater but the portions I received were very...small which I think is unusual in a Thai restaurant. Not at all certain that I will return.More
Couple for Dinner, pleasant atmosphere Disabled parking right outside, takes Credit cards, seating was comfortable service excellent and the food delicious. Mixed Entree, Laksa Soup with Roasted Duck salad and House curry.
Decided to give this Thia a try as our regular was closed. Big mistake regular we now will be going back to the Red Monkey. Had crispy pork belly with broccoli, red curry duck and Thia fried rice with chicken. Wonderful flavours.
When we first moved to town it was the first Thai restaurant we tried and we loved it so the Red Monkey became ‘our’ place to eat. Since then we have noticed a slow decline in quality and care. The other night we had take...away which was more like shopping centre food hall quality. Spring rolls undercooked and two different chicken dishes which were half the size they used to be and although different they both tasted the same. Lovely people so hopefully it’s just a slump, not the new norm. We will give it one more try as it is convenient and we kinda like being loyal, other than that we will drive into town.More
We got takeaway for the fist time last night 18/11/2017.
We ordered curry puff which was ok. Panang curry this was quite nice.
But the crying tiger was a big disappointment meat was tuff and the size for a main was very disappointing we thought...it as a entree.
Saying all that the service was friendly restaurant looks nice we will try it again being a local residentsMore
