I live locally and do not visit when place is super busy, however for a very busy maccas it certainly needs a little more care taken. I have wanted to say something before but I went last night and paid $28 for 2 meals the...lge chips were half filled and stone cold the hamburger were thrown together and meat had been sitting around as this was hard cold and really waste of money. Have purchased McFlurrys for kids and they were quarter full which cost $4.95 each. Not really happy at all......this place needs a visit from someone that could help.More

I live in the area, and in this past 2 months alone, let alone the past 1.5 years I've been coming to williamtown macdonalds i wont be much now medowie MacDonald's has opened up. lost a lot of money over a months worth of food...orders, missed hash browns, missed drinks, missing nuggets, waiting bayed every time i got there for a single meal busy or not. they are more worried about getting their times up for their monthly bonuses by wiping off your order and serving the next one and then you wonder why they mess up your order.More

This would have to be by far the worst McDonalds store in Australia. Cappuccino made without heating the milk and a frozen muffin. Even the manager couldn't heat the muffin. It took 26 minutes from the time I ordered till the time I left. Pathetic.

Called in for coffee's on way to work ,after order taken the young lady said drive through so I drove through to coffee window at the end as I have done many times then the another young girl came do and abused me for being...at the wrong window pushed the coffee's on my hand and slammed the window shut and left , OMG she gave me such sass at 4.00 o'clock in the morning if I wasn't push for time I really would have parked and gone in the shop to confront the ill mannered young girl for speaking so rude to me, I am in customer service myself and I would never speak to anyone like this or my staff never returning to this store ever againMore

Absolutely appalling. I was made to wait at the counter for 10 minutes while multiple staff members continued their own conversations and looked in my direction still refusing to serve me. Once I had my food I witness this same thing happen to many other...customers one of whom was an elderly man who was under the impression that all ordering was to be done on the self serve machines purely due to the staff willing to serve. one of the female employees was continuously using her phone behind the counter oblivious to her surroundings. Very unprofessional and frustrating.More

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a chicken Burger meal. The Double cheeseburger was smaller than a normal cheeseburger and had been slapped together.About 3 pieces of small onion bits on it which I believe makes the cheeseburger taste better so it was very disappointing....The chicken burger was similar,Tasted very bland,looked like it had been thrown together. When I was a manager at McDonald’s we prided in service, great attitude , cleanliness and customer is always right attitude. Williamtown is the pits as Raymond terrace. They are Rude, seem to serve chips and nuggets that have been sitting in the warmer for...too long and cold food every damn time ! The management have an attitude, and it seems complaints fall on deaf ears at head office. We used to have head office people come to the stores and act like customers and oh boy did the managers get it if not done right. We always looked busy, cleaned and food was replaced after so many minutes of sitting in warmer. These managers and staff act entitled and if u return food, they are rude and wont smile !! Big arse attitudes in my opinion. Hungry jacks absolutely surpasses all ticked boxes for service as never ever seen a unfriendly one yet or willing to apologise if do wrong. The food is better also. McDonald’s has turned to crap, it is rare you see someone doing their job like they like it or at least pretend to.More

The food was not great (as far as McDonalds goes it was average), but my main concern was the state of the bathrooms! My god they were disgusting. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Made me think how clean the rest of...the restaurant must be.More

Driving out of Port Stephens we stopped for a coffee. First we used the rest rooms which were small and not the best state of cleanliness that Mcdonalds expect. Service was good as was the coffee. They have seating inside and outside.

Great service as expected from MacDonalds. Staff were friendly and efficient. There was both indoor and outdoor seating.

Typical McDonald's restaurant. However the service was quick and the staff was very friendly. Nice outdoor seating area and a big car park.

Just what you can expect from McDonald's this store has it all from the gourmet menu to drive through, Restrooms and play area.
