Food - B.L.T. pretty on the plate. Fast. Tasty. Exactly as described on menu. Service - alright. A little more friendly conversation with the "visitors" could do. A "How's your day going?" Would have been nice. Environment - pretty cool eclectic stuff, lots to look...More

Good beer selection. Very small and crowded. Not very focused on the customer experience. Also Don't recommend the mulled cider - they take cider beer (rather than actual apple cider), boil it down so it looses the carbonation, then don't at any additional alcohol. Tasted...More

Great selection of NZ craft beers and food good as well. Small space for seating inside, so get in early if cold, although there is seating outside. Can't complain if looking for good value food and great NZ beer

We dropped in for breakfast and enjoyed two beautiful dishes with a hot chocolate to top it off. Friendly staff and excellent food. Would definitely go back!

At the time I ate here it was number 7 on trip advisor. Unfortunately our steaks were tough and the sauce salty. And my steak was well under cooked. However I will return just in case it was an off day

Visited on a Saturday night as a couple. Both had steaks because these are usually the best in town. One medium and one well done. Cooked well but oh dear, really chewy - so much so that I left the last bit because of jaw...More

Great little bar, quirky mix of things around the place, great selection of local beers. Staff were fun & seemed to be enjoying their job. Food was tapas style, everything tasted fantastic & was not too expensive. It's a busy little bar with good reason....More

This is a lovely little casual pub with really good food. There are something like 18 beers and ciders on tap and the staff are happy to let you taste before you buy. They clearly care for what they offer and take great pride in...More

It is kid friendly, but a tiny location so they'll need to happily sit at the table with you as there's no room to run around. Will be best on a sunny day as you can sit outside where there's more opportunity for them to... More
