This place has not changed in years, literally it is the same in every way. Even the crack in the front door window has never been repaired. That is how the owners run this place and no money has ever been spent on upkeep and repairs by the looks. It really is a sad dump now. Years ago the food... More

Staff are fantastic and friendly. So helpful with selecting the best meals. Quick service, very tasty and so reasonably priced for the centre of town.

Situated in the busy Cuba Street, this is one restaurant that you'll likely find very helpful. The meals are delicious and affordable, noticeably lower than other restaurants. And the service I received from the waiter was fantastic! It's a basic restaurant, nothing flash, but the food is good quality and good value.

Were looking for a cheap eatery on a cold wet night and found this gem. Very tasty food and the roti were made on the premises - the best I have had in NZ by far. Very friendly staff and good service. Two of us ordered two main and a starter to share - it was more than enough and... More

We were looking for warming food on a cold night - that wouldn't break the bank. This did it for us - mixed satay to start, 4 main dishes, and a couple of drinks - under $60 for 4.

In 2007, I came to Wellington to visit a friend. I had my first meal here and my last before I departed. Fast forward to 2010 when I moved here, and again, it was my first meal. That was the last time I ate here till today. I have order the same meal every time. Chicken Roti and curry. ($8.00)... More

Cheap and really, really good. If you don't want to spend much but still feel satisfied with your meal, then come here. I recommend the Dumpling Laksa and the spring rolls!

Yummy mee goreng and crispy noodles! $23 spent for the 2 meals and we were full to the brim. Very tasty meals also.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Great choices but we fancied the roti canai. Great tasty rotis and the curries that came with them (one chicken and one lamb) were very tasty. Could have done with a bit more meat and a bit less potato in my lamb curry but enjoyed it. Cheap for the center of Wellington.
