Best place for a yum char I've been to in a long time. Good selection, super fresh and attentive but not in your face service. We went on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. I will happily return.

Friends taking pity on me.. invited to dinner... Grand Century Restaurant! The cook was consistent with the last visit?? Meal was not bad at all. We had some" off the menu "dishes (boss lady's recommendation). So it would be difficult to critique for those who may not be able to access the same.. Drunken chicken: a "steamed chicken " with... Went for yum cha with the family. The restaurant was busy but luckily we had a booking. The food was OK. It was my first time having yum cha here. Think Dragon and Regal are far better for yum cha. Lacks the taste and variety of the other yum cha places. Service was very very poor. Yes they were busy,... More

We have been past this place many times and it is always packed. We went in for just a small lunch time snack. Again, the place was packed but it was noticeable that the place is in need of some updating and a good scrub. There was a menu, but we opted to take the passed small plates. What a... More

Nice selection of the usual steamed as well as fried foods. Good attentive service. Eggplant tasty. We were at the 1pm sitting so there didn't seem to be quite as much variety as usual. No chickens feet or deep fried pork with glutinous rice balls. Still very good though and still one of my favourites for yum char.

A group of 6 of us went to the Grand Century yum char Chinese restaurant in Tory Street on a Sunday morning. The place was already full at 11:30am, and it was fortunate we'd made a booking. Staff brought food around on trays - not trolleys, so this meant you were rather limited in your choice - take the food... More

A restaurant where one can find a good range of tim sum n Chinese dishes. Delicious n service by the lady boss is excellent. Need to book a table in Wei ends for tim sum or else, you probably would have to wait for a table.

Huge family celebration with some preordered food and then we could choose ourselves. We took over about 1/2 the restaurant. Excellent service. Preordered food was their roast duck and roast crackling pork with chow mein made with crispy noodles. All fantastic as always.Excellent selection and we were able to ask specifically for the chickens feet and beef tendons as they... More
