Loved this place :) we got seated immediately and they did their best to clear a table even though there were hardly any. Got told there would be a 45 minute wait on food but it was all out in 20. The manager at the door was really polite and didn't forget about us even though there were 50 million... More

Had the corn cakes stacked with bacon, had a poached egg and avo and sauce, this was super yum. My husband had the smoked salmon omelette, it was huge and they definitely weren't shy with the salmon. I think this is more like a diner style eatery, the menu is very American , the food was outstanding and a lovely... More

We only had the special offer breakfast but prices should not determine the quality of the food. Ours was dreadful, scrambled egg hard and overcooked, sausage greasy and tasteless, hash brown hard and burnt. Will definitely not return.8

This is the 2nd time we have dined here for breakfast as a large group. All in all the food is great, as far as breakfast food goes. Great options and even catering with options not listed on the menu. It was super busy, as there is always something on in Taupo, but the coffee and food service was in... More

Don't go to eat here with the expectation of a free glass of wine with dinner card from your accommodation provider, unlikely to eventuate. Chowder was very nice, however a little on the salty side for my liking. Greek Salad Platter main consisted mainly of bread, and a very small portion of salad in the middle, poorly done. However wait... More

We had a breakfast there last month. Bacon and eggs or similar and added a sausage each. Well...........how they can call a cheerio sized thing a sausage is beyond us! However, the young waitress was very nice and friendly and the rest of the meal was fine. Just be aware a sausage is not always a sausage! LOL.

Lovely little restaurant at lake Taupo. Got my attention trough a sign placed on the walkway which advertised their Belgian Waffles. I had to try them. The price (14,50 $) might not attract everbody but the taste was amazing. The ambience nice and warm and the staff friendly and attentive. Definitly recommend this place.
