The lady who took my order on a monday afternoon was not friendly at all. Poor service throughout, probably due to the cafe being packed. Steak sandwich overdone and fat on the side not seared so inedible. Only an average cafe.

Been cafe hopping for 4 days, tried Lush today. Firstly , after lots of New Plymouth cafes over the last 4 days (Easter) Lush was the only one charging a surcharge (15%). The muffin didn't taste like it was fresh made today. We had to take a table that was full of the last customers breakfast plates and cups that... More

When at Centre City, Lush is always our GO TO café for fresh food, good coffee and gelato. Both the cabinet food and menu selections are always of a high standard and coffee is great!

The drink was okay, but the staff was unprofessional and rude! The way we got treated at the cash counter was pathetic.

We had been given a recommendation to go here and it was wonderful advice. 3 of us enjoyed brunch/early lunch...the service was fairly quick, the surroundings clean, tidy and not too squashed, and the food.....oh it was yum! I'm an Eggs Benedict fan and Lush just happen to specialise in this dish..I was not disappointed! Between the group we also... More

Food was very average, service was poor (food arrived in stages; my side arrived 10 mins before my main course) and the most bland gelato I have ever had. Would not recommend.

We very much enjoyed our lunch at Lush. We shared an Eggs Bene so that we could also sample some of the yummy sweet treats. It was great having the main arrive on 2 plates, making it easier to share. The eggs lived up to expectations & the sweet treats were also yum! The coffee was great and the staff... More

we were visiting N.P. and needed to go out for lunch without walking to far and the Lush was chosen and we were not disappointed. The menu was varied and the coffee hot [a real plus] I had salmon pate on toasted bagel and the other 2 had buttered curried filo chicken...yummy. Would recommend to others. It was very busy...
