Whenever we visit Rotorua, Pig & Whistle is a "must do" for us. Couple of beers and a good feed of steak. Never been let down yet.

Had Beef Schnitzel which was delicious! I wasn't even aware that beef schnitzel was a thing! Amazing. A great selection of beers and ciders on tap. Order at the bar and servers bring the food to the table. Service was quick and friendly.

Got the recommendation for a guy at the park to eat at the Pig and Whistle and we weren't disappointed. It was a busy night and service was timely/friendly and food was good. Definitely worth visiting.

Been here before for lunch, burgers and fish and chips good, but "dinner" type dishes are expensive and average. Had steak and port belly. Average.
