The cafe is part of a campground that we stayed at. The campground is untidy and dog poo left uncleared beside our car (almost stood in it). Will not use the cafe because the hosts at the campground were not helpful and facility was untidy and unclean.

Lovely quaint venue, good service and very attentive staff. Good place to stop after our bike ride. We had a salad and tasty piece of cake

Friendly staff suggested the fish of the day. The Gurnard was fresh and delicious. Never had better fish and chips. The iced coffee was one of the best we had as well. As they advertise, it is a hidden gem.

Super place to walk to and through to get your coffee on the go. Great coffee plus check out the local artist doing pencil drawings of historic homes in the Bay.

Nice garden seating area, nice staff, though a couple not so nice. They do provide plain water for drinking despite being told otherwise - it's clearly set up and available behind the counter. Our hamburgers were good.

Not often you get a good cafe attached to a holiday park so Snapper cafe was a surprise. The breakfast was simple but well prepared and presented, the coffee very good.

Had fish, chips and salad for lunch. Batter was scorched and small amount of fish. The 'salad' was a pile of sprouts with 1 cherry tomato cut in half. Very average!!!!

We jogged from Napier and happened to stumble upon this little gem of a cafe. Such friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted by such a bubbly lady who served us. The sandwiches were lovely and fresh but the desserts were the icing on the cake! I had the oatmeal based caramel squares which were honestly the best I've tasted... More

Recently cycled to Snapper Cafe from Napier. Served at the counter by mostly grumpy staff. Ordered food from cabinet and soup. Cabinet food came after a lengthy wait but no soup. Asked a waitress when the soup would be here she said soon. Others ate the heated cabinet food. Asked at counter again where soup was. Told kitchen was very... More
