Big menu, cheap eats, huge servings, clean, attentive staff, bottomless coffee. A breakfast that will see you through the entire day. Homemade hash, lovely eggs, good bacon, yummy mushrooms. The meal is so large that your toast comes on the side! American diner themed.

Dont think that is poached eggs. Fully cooked. Very oily food too. No thank you. Had better at New Lynn Dennys.

Dennys Highland Park is a good restaurant for families. We come here when we crave the hot chocolate fudge cake - and it always hits the spot! Their curly fries are also delish!

My kids freekin love Denny's and I seriously don't understand it. Get over the fact the the decor is dated, the food is bland and your meal comes out on a tray. It's Denny's, that's what they do and sometimes that's just what I need. If you're after Paleo Eggs washed down with a Kale smoothie you'll need to go... More

Just left this terrible place and can't believe I just wasted $78 on tasteless, overcooked food. Music was way too loud, I felt like I was at a party especially with all the staff laughing and playing around like they did, just awful! Our table was still wet from being wiped down that our menus stuck to the table, told... More

Nice enough and suitable for family dining. My reef and beef was a little disappointing. Use of small shrimps and my meat was not that tender. Seemed to have a different idea of medium rare to me. The desserts were very nice tho, and the children were well catered for. Be prepared for a little extra noise though as other... More

Cheap food, usually tasteless and bland. Prepackaged meals, especially the desserts. Only good if you have no money and need a feed. Or its 4am and your drunk and hungry. Was with a group of approx 20 people and not a single person enjoyed it.

Avoid this place, the food is terrible and the staff uninterested. Went for brunch and the waiter didn't know that coffee and tea were different drinks! If this is American food, they can keep it. Bleugh

We went here for dinner as its kid friendly and one of the few places open on New Year's Eve. Burger was good but kids didn't like the sausage on their hot dog, tasted yuk. Soup was terrible and not worth the. Only. At least the kids were entertained by the amusement part with games etc.
