The fresh spring rolls were the only redeeming feature of the menu here. They were fresh and enjoyable. But the menu has offerings that use Vietnamese names that bear no relationship (i.e. look or taste) to the restaurant and street food of Saigon or Hanoi....More

Made from scratch by a genuine Vietnamese Chef. Her spring rolls were a feast for the eyes and the palate. Best tastes from Vietnam - when the word is out you won't get in without a reservation.

Pleasant surroundings, very good service and my wife rated the green curry as good as any she has had in Thailand. I had the fried rice, probably on election could have done better

What makes food authentic...the ingredients, the recipe, the chef? All three elements need to combine before authenticity can begin to be realised. If you are missing any one of these, then it can't be touted as the real deal. At Miss Saigon we have only 100% Vietnamese born and raised staff working in our kitchen. Our recipes are taken from traditional and contemporary Vietnamese sources, our ingredients are as fresh and as traditional supply will allow. Others talk the talk, but we walk the walk. No fusion, no twist, just real food made fresh to order...just as you would expect in Vietnam. Miss Saigon
