Was hoping for fresh spicy Thai instead we got bland lamb and dull prawns made with western veggies. Lots ++ of carrots peas beans cabbage onions no fresh Asian greens no fresh herbs no fresh chilli no garlic. Taste reminded me of a 70s Australian Chinese restaurant

We came here for dinner on a weeknight. For our mains, we ordered 2 lamb and 1 chicken dish. Each dish cost us aprox $20 a main ($8 for entrees). Mains don't come with rice or noodles and these have to be paid for separately. The most disappointing part was when the food arrived, there was barely 3 pieces of... More

We stopped here for a quick lunch. However the service was not very friendly (for instance a fork was missing and we had to search ourselves for replacement), the food was really not good (without taste, overcooked noodles). Please note that this place is located at Lower Albert street, and not where it is shown on the map on tripadvisor.

We visited for a quick lunch. Menu had plenty to choose from and all of us had a great tasting Thai meal at a very reasonable price.

Food is nice and staff is friendly, unfortunately music was way too much nightclub and too loud when we had our dinner there, we had to raise our voices to communicate.

Although it was very empty when I visited, the food was tasty, served quickly and I very much enjoyed the quality of what I was eating. One of the best noodle dishes I've had.

I was there in mid-May. I'm a vegetarian, and my travel companion is not, so this restaurant was a great find. I had the Pad Kra Paow Tow Hu (Stir fried seasonal vegetables and tofu with fresh chilli and basil leaves), and it was delicious. They had a good wine and beer list, too. The staff was friendly, especially Arlene.... More

After struggling to find a Thai restaurant in downtown Auckland I stumbled upon Thai chilli. Service was quick, polite and professional. I felt like something real spicy so ordered the jungle curry with lamb, hot. The meal was promptly served and I am sorry to say but it was honestly the worst Thai meal I have ever had. It was...
