The decor and setting is getting a bit tired and it wasn't the most comfirtable cafe to be in. However for the purposes of our business lunch/meeting it was suitable.

The staff here were amazing, one staff member even sat with us for a while telling us all about the boats that had come in and what was happening that weekend. Food was to die for and wine was great!!

We picked this restaurant because it was listed in the Entertainment Book and it was the best surprised we have had so far. The food was delicious and very fine and the service was excellent. The only "negative" point was the bloody Mary cocktail which was so loaded with garlic that is was barely drinkable. The wine on the other... More

Fantastic menu and service. Truffle mash to die for. Understand it is being made into an Oyster Bar so when back in Auckland would definitely look this place up.

The service as warm and personable here. I had halloumi salad, beef cheeks, and butterscotch pannacotta. There were sides of rocket and pecorino salad as well as hand cut chips. The food portions were generous and so tasty.

An Australian friend recommended we try the Food Store while we were in Auckland. We were not disappointed. The service we received from our Brazilian-kiwi waiter was awesome, as was each course we sampled. NZ food at it's finest!

Cheerful welcome and shown straight to seat. Interesting menu, however wasabi oysters for starters were very bland but the fish of the day main was excellent, but then the rhubarb and apple crumble saw an uneven battle between the fruit with the apple the overwhelming winner. Service friendly and prompt but as the venue is busy they don't leave much... More
