One of my favourite restaurants in Perth, the view is fabulous, the food is amazing and the staff are wonderful!! We had friends visiting from UK, they were awestruck 😂 never been to any restaurant like it before! We had the $99 3 course meal, all choices off the main menu including 6 oysters kilpatrick!! We had the venison for main and it was melt in your mouth, our friend had barramundi and it looked beautiful on the plate, a work of art, she said it was delicious 😋.All of the desserts were delicious and looked like a work of art. The wines are very good prices considering location, and the staff were attentive without being a pest. We had a thoroughly enjoyable night, thank you once again C restaurant.

Service was sufficient. The view was lovely. The food was very good.
We chose our meals from the 3-course meals. I had a delicious steak with bernaise sauce. What was the lowest part of the meal was when I asked for a little more bernaise sauce & was told that would be an extra $5.00! I almost fell off my chair! We had just purchased 2 meals for $198.00 & the restaurant wanted $5.00 more for what amounted to about 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Is this restaurant that desperate for money? In America this is called “nickel & diming” the customer. VERY poor customer service.
I’ll be passing on this story that is so incredibly absurd,

Last night was my mother in law's 80th birthday dinner and it was an excellent night. The staff were already aware of a birthday in the family and made that known when we arrived. We had the Midweek dinner menu for $99 per person and it was worth it.
The attendance by the wait staff was great, they were always close by and more than one person attending to us throughout the night.
I started with the Terrine of ham hock which I was slightly hesitant about at first but the flavours were amazing in the dish. I highly recommend this as a starter.
The main course was the Chargrilled Kerrigan Valley Angus beef fillet. The beef was tender and a good size, the greens were tasty and the braised beef stuffed onion was so good, I had to have my wife's serve too.
The special for the night was a duck dish which was superb. When we ordered the desserts, the staff brought out a birthday dessert plate with some small delights on, a very nice touch and made the night perfect.
This is the third or fourth time we have been to the C Restaurant and it certainly didn't disappoint. We will be back again. Oh, and the views, you never get tired of looking out over our lovely city.

We were quite disappointed with our experience, we came for dinner for my mums 60th birthday on 18th Jan 2020 as she had always wanted to come. Almost as soon as our drinks arrived (cocktails are approx $25 each) the waitress was taking our food order and someone at the table accidentally spilled their drink which was completely full. As there were 5 of us and our dinner was over $650 (dinner is $100 pp) we asked if it would be possible to replace the drink to which the waitress said no. We understood it was our fault for spilling the drink but we thought since we were paying so much for the evening it would have been nice of them to at least fill the drink back up. The food was very average considering the high price point and the service was below average. We won’t be returning, there are so many better priced restaurants with better service in Perth (eg The Sentinel which does significantly better steak for half the price).

Dear tasht650, thank you for your review and my apologies that your waitress did not replace your drink free of charge. It is certainly something she should have done and we have made her aware of this. I have also emailed you about this incident in the hope that we can make amends. I am sorry you thought the food average. Regards, David P

First and foremost you are paying for a view as much as anything else. Service was attentive and professional but not exciting and there is room for personality.
The food is good but again, not exceptional and certainly not overly generous. There was certainly nothing cutting edge, more a mix of tried and tested combinations of elements, which worked but lacked any wow factor.
Finally the price. I can't help but feel they are milking the cow for the cream and not the milk. At just under a set price of $100 for 2 courses the restaurant lacked generosity. Portion sizes were acceptable but conservative. No "amuse bouch" was offered as one could expect from a restaurant of this standing and no bread offered. Infact you needed to purchase bread for $12 and the quality of rolls was average. The oyster entree consisted of 6 oysters, certainly not of memorable size or quality and the scallop entree offered 3 scallops and a lot of decoration. Our mains were lovely. Simple but balanced with a great combination of texture and flavour but again if you wanted to balance the meal with veg or salad, pay up. We took dessert for an extra $17 but we're not impressed. The honey cake was bland and the cheese cake was some strange interpretation. To end credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge and you are "offered" the opportunity to tip.
It is a lovely restaurant offering unique views of Perth. The service is formal but could be happier. The food is good but not notable. The price is not justified but now it's done, I don't need to do it again...

I had anticipated a much better dining experience than the one we were greeted with on the 2/6/21. Granted the views were very nice but there was little else to be excited by. The host was abrupt and not welcoming and the wait staff were perfunctory. We waited an inordinate amount of time to be asked for a drink, I had to ask three times if we could order food and drinks as I think the waiter had himself disappeared for lunch elsewhere. The water was rarely topped up and the food for the most part was underwhelming. The one light was the scallop entree which I thought was very good. The duck at $46 was over cooked, tough and cold by the time it arrived - a massive disappointment. The fondant pudding was solid with no fondant filling in sight. After asking for the bill at the table I was then told to go up to the counter and pay as if I was in my local cafe. The check was then abruptly processed with the staff not even bothering to ask if we enjoyed the meal. Don't expect great things here because there aren't!

C has a great view, terrible service and I honestly question if there was a chef onsite.
The view was stunning and it’s lovely to see the city from different angles.
The service started off well. Tables were socially distanced from other parties and we went the easy route of the degustation with the wine pairing.
Our first course plates were taken and we were told to take our time, they will bring the next wine and course when we were done with our current glass.
We’re not slow drinkers, but we found that they started to hurry us along. I giggled to myself later when the couple sat behind us were told the same.
The worst was the steak course, which was a large slice of rare roast beef smothered in gravy. Worst of all, the hazelnuts were rancid. I said to the waiter that chef might need to check them (it was the only negative comment I offered all night). I received nothing. No acknowledgement that there had been an issue, nor an apology.
This made me question if there was a chef on site. I don’t know anyone that wouldn’t have apologized for serving food that was off.
By the third course, the tables on either side of us were filled, breaching 1.5m social distancing that was in place.
It was a little hilarious, as I went to the bathroom and all of the guests were crammed into one part of an otherwise empty restaurant.
Would I return? No.
Would I recommend this location to anyone? Not unless I didn’t like them.

Very disappointing.
Went for birthday high tea five years ago and have wanted to go back ever since. The standards had seriously dropped this time though.
Our waiter was half hearted, sullen and bordering on unhelpful, we felt as though we were inconveniencing him to ask for anything.
My partner’s hot meal arrived 10 minutes before our high teas so he’d almost finished by the time our food was served to the table. The sandwiches and cakes came without tea or coffee so we sat and waited another 10 minutes before asking where our drinks were, only to be told we should have ordered them. But the waiter hadn’t asked us to!
I was on a bottomless champagne package ... well, sparking wine. Last time it was lovely, but this time I knew it was cheap and nasty from the first sip. It was hard to get a refill, my partner kept going to the ice bucket across the room to top me up or I’d have been waiting all day. We then confirmed it wasn’t the best by looking up the bottle - $7.99 from the local bottle shop!! How awful when you are paying such a lot to supposedly treat yourself!
The sandwiches and cakes were much more substantial last time and I remember getting a special birthday cake too. Nothing this time. Just felt low quality, not even as nice as some high teas I’ve had in Fremantle pubs recently.
I give the experience 2 out of 5 for the views. I definitely won’t be going back.
We tried to give feedback on leaving but no one seemed interested.
What a shame!

Our revisit to this venue was for a birthday celebration and we were not disappointed with a lovely dinner.
This restaurant has fantastic views over Perth which makes the venue special for those important occasions.
The main menu choice is either a 2 course la carte dinner ($96) or a 5 course Degustation ($115) available on a Saturday, and if you have the appetite, on a cost basis, the Degustation would be a logical selection , if all courses were to your taste.
However, my partner did not like some Degustation courses so she elected the a la carte dinner, whilst I enjoyed the Degustation. We were forewarned that because of the different number of courses that I would be eating at some times when my partner wasn’t.
I did not elect the paired wines with the Degustation menu.
My partner had the herb and ricotta soufflé and the barramundi, and both meals were very enjoyable.
The Degustation was enjoyable without being outstanding but of the courses I thought the fourth course of the Kerrigan valley beef fillet was quite good.
For our wines we selected glasses of the Chandon Blanc de Blanc, Sandalford Estate Reserve Chardonnay, and the Kilikanoon GSM.
The service was very good, friendly and timely with the meal courses.
We were also surprised by a sparkling candle with a chocolate cake for our celebration. Thank you for the nice gesture.
Overall, we had a good evening and this restaurant deserves consideration for those important dinners. Otherwise, it is expensive for the food packages on offer, but how much is the view worth for that important effect? Recommended.

After visiting Margaret River last year and having a lovely Degustation meal at one of the vineyards, we decided to look for one in Perth city. C appealed to us because of the promise of stunning views across Perth whilst eating in a revolving restaurant, whilst enjoying some lovely wines.
We were seated fine and ordered 4 wines, we were told by the first waitress who served us that we had time before the 1st course and matching wines. However, our matching wines came first and well before our first course. We had to cancel our initial wines. There appeared to be a breakdown between the waitress and the bar staff. The next courses were served. However, the wines always came a lot earlier than the food. On the dessert course this swapped and the food came out earlier and we were left waiting for the wine. By the time it arrived the sorbet had pretty much melted.
The main course of the degustation was fairly small, which was the lamb.
My partner raised our experience with the manager and she resolved things by taking all the wines off the bill.
The positives, the view was amazing and if the service can be streamlined, it’d make for a brilliant evening.
The food was also lovely, although there was a inconsistency with the lamb portions, my piece looked a lot smaller than my friends. The wine choices were also good to go alongside the courses.
The cost was 109 for the food, and an extra 30 for the matching wines. These costs are per person. The manager did take the wine off.

This was a very special occasion - I proposed to my now fiance during this time and this could not have happen without the assistance of the restaurant.
First off, the online booking was a straight forward process and there was a option for special requirements which I first communicated my requests. The administration office was always very prompt to respond (<24 hours), to confirm and accommodate all of my requests (thanks to Stephanie and Nicole).
On the day of the reservation, I could not thank the staff and management enough for orchestrating the perfect moment. I was greeted warmly and they had all my special requests ready. The amount of effort and care shown is very much appreciated. Camille made sure that everything was sorted from the arranging the ring in the platter, ushering in my partner to the lounge and even documenting the event on my phone - all with a smile and shared excitement too. So, thank you very much.
As for the venue, what can I fault here? The restaurant is pristine with an ambience of class and elegance. It was a nice and sunny afternoon and you can see the whole of Perth city while sitting at the perfect vantage point, enjoying delicious cuisine.
Last but not the least, the food... I may be biased because of the high of just being engaged, but my steak was cooked perfectly to my requested doneness. Could have been the best steak I have ever had in Perth. To top it off, it was presented well and was served by lovely staff who are always so friendly; plus, we didn't even have to wait that long. My partner really enjoyed her gnocchi and pork belly too. She said it was flavourful and cooked to perfection.
Again, many thanks for a wonderful experience.

Booked in to enjoy a Bridal High Tea, large group of us maybe 20 or so. Started off great waitstaff was efficient. Food was full of flavour and tasted homemade not packaged which was a bonus. However as the day went on we started to see less and less of our waitstaff, we had to constantly ask for water top ups, we had to fill our own champagne and our end of the table wasn't offered a tea selection. When some of the table had to leave to organise next activity the waitstaff cleared half the table and did not address us at all it was like we weren't even sitting. Overall it was pretty good but I do think the waitstaff need to brush up a little on table service.

Dear Lillyanders, thank you for taking the time to review your recent High Tea and please accept my apologies if the service you received was not up to the high standard we strive for. Without making excuses we just cannot get enough staff to fill the many vacancies we have during this pandemic. We normally have a significant influx of overseas and interstate visitors wanting to work for us but unfortunately this year, as you will be aware, there are none. Nonetheless we will continue to recruit and ensure our staff provide the best service possible.

We visited here one evening and tried the three course set menu. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The food was amazing. What a great spot to see Perth as the sun was setting. The revolve allowed you to see all 360 degrees without leaving your seat. The menu may seem expensive but it is so worth the money for a special memorable evening.

High up above on the 33rd story in Perth CBD sits a beautiful circular revolving restaurant with elegant dining, gorgeous food, warm and lovely waitress staff and the 360° degree view over Perth city. Communication is clear and helpful when booking, nothing was too much trouble from booking online thru Stephanie. Their complimentary signature plates to recognise special occasions are so simple and wow and special to ones that are not expecting such a surprise.
Had a beautiful memorable lunch!!!
PS use the time-lapse setting on ones phone to take in the breathtaking view on the 90 minute revolution☺️

We went here for lunch as part of a birthday gift. It was brilliant. The staff were superb - attentive but gave us time and space too. The food was delicious - well cooked, tasty and generous portions. We had the chicken set meal and a dessert. The mango creme brûlée was yummy. When I booked I was asked if it was a special occasion. At the end of the meal the brought out a plate with Happy Birthday written on it and a chocolate treat and sparkler. A lovely gesture.
The views were amazing - being able to see the city and beyond. A very unique experience. Can’t wait to go again.
