Cant go wrong with this for a work day lunch - good price, nice food, and quick service. We went the grilled chicken and spring roll rice vermicelli salad, and it was everything it should be with tasty star ingredients and a bit of salad that you could add some spice to. Would definitely do it again.

Been here quite a few times over the last few years. All i can say really is - get into it. I generally meet up with friends who work just across the way in an office. My top tip for in the week is if you want to get in for lunch - get there early - you generally need... More

Have been here for lunch a few times with work colleagues. Busy with queues later in the week but worth the wait for great Vietnamese food. Order at the counter, take a buzzer and find a table. When the buzzer vibrates, pick up your order and self service on condiments like fresh Vietnamese mint, sliced green chili and lemon. Love... More

After working for 14 years in the city, I only recently found out about this place. And I now go there for lunch, at least one a month. The grilled chicken and broken rice is my favourite dish.

Had lunch today in the Lakeside Joondalup shopping centre upper level food court and thoroughly enjoyed the Hu Teiu Kho - Rice noodles with pork, pork mince and prawns was absolutely delicious - added some fresh cut green chillies...yum. Quick service, helpful and friendly staff. If you are in the Lakeside Joondalup I recommended Mama Tran in the food hall.

Quick, cheap and cheerful lunch. They have vegetarian noodle salad as well which is nice and light. They will customize bahn mi too if we need vegetarian one. Meal come very quick. Lots of vegetable too.

Good place for w quick hot lunch. Spacious and clean dining area. The beef pho is good. But the baguette is a bit too bland.

When we first moved to Perth I was terribly disappointed with the quality of the Vietnamese food. We had tried several places in Northbridge, each time terribly disappointed. Then I found Mama Tran. The food is delicious fresh, and affordable. I was also very pleasantly surprised they have another restaurant in the Claremont quarter which never has a line with... More
