The restaurant serves a variety of sushi not usually found in most Japanese restaurant. All the sushi we have tried here are excellent although a little pricey. For lunch, they offer a Lunch Menu but they don't offer a Dinner Menu for dinner, which is a bit disappointing as we had to order soup, rice, and salad separately.

This was an inspired choice for entrees as part of a progressive dinner. Possibly the best sushi and yakitori I have had. Lovely girls both preparing and serving the food. Very accommodating. Great value. Would visit again without a doubt.

Want sushi but not the train type then this is your type of resturant. Lots of choice and surprisingly filling. The service is very good and it is a very good location.

My favourite sushi restaurant when in Perth. Delicious fusion sushi through to tasty yakitori. Popcorn shrimp a must.

This is very high end Japanese restaurant with high quality of sushi and food. The soft shell crab salad is crunchy with unique texture. The sushi rolls are made fresh with refreshing taste and excellent cooking technique.

The sushi here is great! There are whole sections of the menu dedicated to vegan/vegetarian options, plus the more usual Japanese restaurant selections. The beetroot sushi was amazing. Friendly, efficient service, plus the food comes out quickly.Ice cold beer served in a chilled glass was extremely refreshing.

Having trawled up and down William Street we decided to try Aisuru. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was wonderful. We had a wide variety of sushi, tempura and sashimi. Not inexpensive but beautifully prepared and presented. Our advice would be to order one or two dishes at a time. We ordered about six initially and they all... More
